OK, so...my wife is going to give birth in early July. She's been wondering about a baby shower, but most of her friends are having a pretty hard time financially or are far away, so I'm trying to organize one myself on the sly. Now, need me to set up a tailgate party? I'm your man. Superbowl? No problem. Baby shower??? Holy Mother of God help me! Ladies, I need help. What the hell do yo do at a baby shower? Now, food's not a problem, neither is decorating, but I don't know what else you do. Ideas????

I am 37 weeks with baby #2, a boy. My first was a girl born a little before 40 weeks. I went to the doc a couple days ago and he says the baby's head is down and I am 50% effaced and 1cm dialated. I feel like I can't even stand up, the pressure is so bad. Anyone else have this experience with second or third pregnancies and if so, how long was it before you went into labor???

* rash on my face
* acne break out worse than ever
* crying for no reason
* extra sensitive??

i took two test about 4 days after my missed period that said negative.
but is it still possible?
i really want to go to the doctor but i'm only 17 and need parental signiture.
i don't want to tell my mom until i know for sure should i just take another home test ?

I am aware of what all the pregnancy symptoms are .. but what I'm curious about is: what is the first symptom you noticed and when ? (2 weeks after conception, 1 month .. ?) I know everyone is different but I just want to know =)

I have a cat who constantly loves to sit on my belly and put his head on my shoulder, it's like his little perch. I am 35 weeks and sometimes when he sits there it feels like he is going to push the baby right out of me. It is just really uncomfortable sometimes, but I want to still be able to cuddle with my kitty. Yes I am one of those pet people. Does anyone know if it is bad to let him sit there or am I just worrying too much for the like the 100th time in this pregnancy?

I had a appt. Friday and i'm not dilated although I have had an increase of fluids down there. An hour ago my boyfriend was rubbing my breast and I noticed i got extremely wet so I went to the restroom and it was alot of clear jelly-like stuff. It hought it was because of arousal but we had sex and I started to cramp and there was even more I feel fine now but could it have been my mucus plug I'm sure it's not my waters.

If you are less than a month pregnant and you had external traumas like: My baby which is 15 month old accidentally stepped and jumped in my abdomen area. I accidentally fell from a sofa to the floor, butt first. Is exercising also a no-no, like jumping jacks? Thanks

to me feels like my uterus. And for some months now I've been getting this quvering like feeling in my uterus too. I haven't had any kids and I'm not preg yet but I am tryin undercover(no one knows but me, and now you,lol) I'm just not sure what to make of this or how to look it up. I took a generic, at-home pregnancy test and the second line (indicating a 'positive' result) was Extremly light, almost unnoticeable. So, my questions are how accurate are these tests? Does the darkness or lightness of the 'positive' line matter? And, should I go ahead and test again?

I would like to know as soon as possible so that my husband and I can discuss our options and make the best decission. Thank you.
