Yes morning first urine gives a better result even with a pregnancy kit provided atleast 30 days is over.

No. Urinalysis doesn't test for pregnancy. One would need a urine HCG ordered and run.

no. a routine urinalysis does not check for pregnancy hormones unless requested, or fo rsafety concerns such as prescribing certain meds

not a normal urinalysis... just if they run the extra test for pg.

No. HCG is only detected by a specific test.
