Even if you are married then trying to get pregnant on the sly is wrong who would want to be trapped like that!!!!!! How would you know what your uterus feels like...... besides your uterus sits behind your pubic bone when your not pregnant and even if you are then you still wouldn't be able to feel it till about the 12week which by the way you can only do by pressing firmly on your stomach which by the sounds of it your not doing!!!! If your that bothered by it go see your doctor like any normal person!!!

you havent mentioned if you have missed a period yet or notified of any other pregnancy symptoms. this would make it easier to help you.
the uterus stays behind the pubic bone until wk 12 when there is no longer enough room and it then begins to protrude above the bone.
you will be able to feel it if you are around 12 wks or more. when you lay an your back you should be able to feel a hard bump.

but first i suggest you do a test or see a dr. if you are so desperate for a baby your mind can trick your body into thinking you are pregnant.
not sure why you are doing it on the sly... or if you even are.... does he want a babytoo but you just want it more???

hope this helped- good luck

Very possible that you are in fact pregnant... some of the earliest fetal movements go unnoticed because the woman does not know that she is pregnant. I however have felt the exact thing that you are describing. I also experienced a metal like metalic taste in my mouth and because I have had fillings I was constantly paranoid that one had chipped or something. This too is common.

I am 34 weeks along now.... my uterus scarily is about 2 inches above my belly button... amazing how things in our body shift around!

Best of luck to you!

Missionhtg is correct in her assessment. And thank you for posting more. If your partner definitely did not want you getting pregnant he would be using condoms 100% of the time or abstaining. Most guys should know by now that smoking, drinking, having a cold, taking anti-biotics reduce or nullify birth control pills. Nothing is sure-fire.

Here is a site for natural birth control. This site can help you determine when you can get pregnant. How you use this information is up to you. It is a good site on how to increase your chances of getting pregnant or how to decrease your chances. http://www.babycenter.com/refcap/baby/postpartumsex/3603.html?binky=MSNFAM:EDI:ART&refid=msnfam Read the sections on temperature and mucus, but all sections are good.

Just to be on the safe side, you may want to visit your doctor. You don't have to tell him you want to become pregnant, but you may want to say you were in the shower and noticed this and you don't remember feeling this before and let him take it from there.

As a side note: take time to discuss and explore your partners' feelings on this. Both of you need to be prepared. Take care, hope this helps.

I don't know about the quivering, but yes, you can feel your uterus, especially if your bladder is full. So, could be your bladder, or could be your uterus. Either feels kind of like a ball, maybe a little smaller than a softball. My doctor showed me where to feel when I was only like 4wks pregnant and I could definitely feel the uterus.

no offence but deceiving your partner is a stupid idea. whats more important??, having a child he doesnt want and have him feel upset, deceived and cranky at you? or wait until you are both ready and have a father for this kid?

as for the lump, you shouldnt really feel anything there even when you're pregnant. not that i really know much but it sounds a bit strange to me. if i were you i'd see a dr and get an ultrasound. it could be a lump that isnt meant to be there and be critical especially if you are trying to fall pregnant. it could also be you just feeling things but either way, its better to have it checked out.

and stop deceiving your partner if you really love him...

I believe your feeling your intestines. To feel your uterus you must press your fingers down and inward.
The reason i say so is the quivering feeling. I believe your feeling gas.

I also would advise you not to get pregnant without consulting your partner. Or just go to a sperm bank where the men have been screened for health issues.

my my how quickly we judge!!!!!....most of yall should be ashamed of yourself, you do not know this young lady, her partner, or her situation.

there is a reason u dont see this on any symptoms list, its not a typical pregnancy symptom. if this is the only unusual thing you are experiencing, i would go head and rule out pregnancy.

if you are noticing this (growth?) or something unusual PLEASE GO TO A DOCTOR. it could be a fibroid or worse. or maybe nothing at all. we women have so many issues with our reproductive organs (cervical cancers, fibroids, etc) it is crucial to get regular check ups. schedule a pap smear ASAP.

when my aunt got pregnant she had some similar experience and when she went to the doctor she found out she was having a tubal pregnancy and on one of her ovaries had a cyct. so she had to have surgery to get it removed causing a miscarriage. so definately go to the doctor before things get too bad for you.

if you aren't married, and are trying to have a baby without telling your partner, then prepare to raise that child on your own. it's dishonest, and i would hope that no man would stick around after that!

there is nothing to LOL about. you are imagining things. seek help.
