Take prenatal vitamins and a calcium supplement. Since you don't like milk, eat yogurt everyday and eat a lot of dark green veggies. Hope this helps.

There are plenty of sources for calcium while you are pregnant and when you are not. Of course there is some calcium in your prenatal vitamin. Food sources include yogurt, cheese, sour cream, and ice cream just to name a few. I think dark leafy greens have calcium too. I also heard of adding powdered milk to things like coffee, tea, or even your chocolate milk. It all depends on what you can stomach. I also consumed a lot of Tums later in my pregnancy - I'm surprised my son didn't come out with Tums tattooed on his bum!!:)
I hope this helps. Congratulations.

I can't drink regular milk (I am lactose intolerant) so I drink Lactaid and add syrup sometimes. Lactaid is milk except it has lactaid. If I drink to much cholcolate milk it grosses me out. Anything too sweet grosses me out since pregnant. Only since I've been pregnant. If I do not feel like milk, I will drink juices with added calcium and take a calcium supplement. Of course there is also my prenatals.
18 weeks pregnant

During pregnancy, you're supposed to take pre-natal vitamins which contain 1000 mg of calcium (I'm pretty sure but not positive on the exact ammount) As long as you get some calcium from your diet also, this should be plenty. But definately take those prenatal vitamins, whether perscription or over-the-counter.

My wife doesn't drink regular milk either. she drank a lot of chocolete milk and strawberry flavored milk. The dr also advised her to take a calcium supplement. She also loves cheese!

I take pills just in case because I can not have a lot of dairy. However, I sometimes I think I chew enough tums for the whole U.S. so I know I get my calcium there too.
