You should be able to do everything you did before you got PG.
If you walked a lot before, then it is ok now, unless your Dr. told you not to.

I had an aerobics instructor do aerobics up to her due date.

Walking is great for you. However, make sure you pay attention to your body signals. If you feel extremely exhausted by the time you are finished then you are probably pushing to hard and need to cut your routine down a little. My best friend worked nearly until the day she had her babies and even then she walked. Make sure you drink plenty of water and if you get dizzy you may also be pushing yourself too hard. Other than that excercise in the form of walking, pregnancy pilates, pregnancy yoga, swimming and non strenuous workouts are good. I walk a mile a day and swim about 30-60 minutes daily. It's a wonderful feeling from always being sluggish in the first trimester.

18 weeks pregnant.

I am a server and I am on my feet constantly. I addressed this issue with my doctor because everyone kept telling me I was doing harm to my baby. What my doctor said was to make sure I sit for a few minutes every couple of hours and to listen to my body. Our bodies have an incredible way of telling us what is good for us if we just listen. I am 35 weeks and I have started cutting down on shifts because my feet and ankles swell and I get tired really easy. I will keep cutting down as needed, but my doc says it is actually good to be working it is a form of exercises in my case. So I guess what I am saying is do only what feels good, if something bothers you then you should rethink the situation. Good luck and congrats on the baby.

So long as you are not going against the advice of your doctor then it is perfectly safe to be on the move alot. Do remember to rest if you start to fell uncomfotable, tired or experience swelling etc and just make sure that if you are active that you keep hydrated.

As long as your doctor approves, it's something you have been used to in the past, and you are healthy it's probably good exercise. Do discuss it with your doctor and don't overdo it at first. Start slow and gradually work up.

not if you are having a normal pregnancy but always consult with your OBGYN. I was very active during my pregnancies. Good luck!
