I had a appt. Friday and i'm not dilated although I have had an increase of fluids down there. An hour ago my boyfriend was rubbing my breast and I noticed i got extremely wet so I went to the restroom and it was alot of clear jelly-like stuff. It hought it was because of arousal but we had sex and I started to cramp and there was even more I feel fine now but could it have been my mucus plug I'm sure it's not my waters.

could very well be your mucous plug. With my third child I went to the doctor one morning and wasn't dialated at all. At about 1 a.m. the next morning, I woke up having contractions, and the baby was born 2 hours later, only 45 minutes after I got to the hospital. Things can change really fast!
But it could also be that rubbing your breasts caused you to cramp. That's normal. In fact, when you nurse a baby it causes your uterus to contract and helps it get back to normal size.
If I were you I would walk around awhile and see if the cramping stops. Also dry off good, and see if you are wet again after a while. If your symptoms continue, call the doctor!

It sounds like you've begun to lose your mucus plug. That can happen up to about 2 weeks before labor actually begins.

Breast stimulation can induce ctx, so that could be the cause of the cramps.

The most serious answer to the most serious event in your life is that you and your boyfriend should go to the courthouse tomorrow and get a marriage license and the over to the Justice of the Peace for a marriage certificate. It'll cost about $100, but it's worth the expense for your child, your self-respect, and the sense of commitment for your boyfriend. So, for the sake of your child, go for it!
