I am not sure if it is normal, but that is how my breasts felt. My breasts hurt the entire nine months. You will also find that the nipple will get very sensitive. Your body is going through some major changes and since the baby will be depending on mom to do feedings, your breasts are starting to prepare to feed your little one and they will be growing every day. So be kind to them by taking baths and soaking in warm water. This will help you relax and hopefully get rid of some of the growing pains. Also wear a good supportive bra. This will help to keep them from sagging.

OMG, in the first trimester of my pregnancy, my boobs hurt so bad I couldn't even stand the water hitting them in the shower. So yes definitely normal, it will get better though. I am 35 weeks and they are just starting to bother for the first time again since my first trimester.

Swelling and tenderness is normal during pregnancy, but if you are concerned or in alot of discomfort speak to your doctor or OB just to make sure nthing is wrong.

When you are pregnant your breast seem to hurt everywhere. For me it is especially if I lay on them. :) It seems to hurt everywhere if my hubby even looks at them. JK, but it seems that way.
