Is it true pregnant women get blue veins in their breasts and in their hands. I read in a pregnancy book that they do. Have anyone had them before. My other question is when you are pregnant do you get hairy.

i have two healthy sons from ex husbend and from this husbend 2 MC both at 6 weeks one in 2002 and one in 5/3/2006.i am 40 + i concived naturally.now i am 6 weeks prag. my last period was 1/22/2007
at 5 day of missed period i did beta test my HCG were 1392 i did this test in private hospital and next day i feel less sickness i went to gov hospital they took HCG test those were 1514 after 2 days of 1st test dr said it should get double after 3 days but may be lab's error.after 2 days i went again in private hospital dr said 4 get HCG let me do ultra sound she did ultasond and said there is small gestation sac with fetal pole and sac yolk but no heart beat bcoz that time i was 5 weeks 5 days.she said its too early to see heartbeat come back again we will do ultra sound again.i am feeling v less sickness but tender breasts only early few days i felt sicnkess .i am soo much upset why i have v less sickness any body can explain pl.is it normal and my baby is ok?

I'm not sure when my last period was, I forgot to write it down, but I'm pretty sure it was the beginning of February. I had slight cramps the end of February and on March 2nd the was pink blood. Now it is brown and not heavy bleeding at all (normally I bleed heavily during the first days of my preiod). Could I be pregnant? and if so, is it okay for me to take the test now (during this "spotting" period) or should I wait until the spotting stops?

I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms besides fatigue, which I have all of the time anyhow lol

our marriage broke up a year ago, and we were just trying one last time to see if it would work. like go back to dating, rather than be married, when we were married he changed, he started treating me like his property, things got really bad. he wanted to get re-married, but i wasn't sure because of how things were the first time. Then i fell pregnant, and he is saying to me to have an abortion and then go back so we can do the things that he wants. I feel like i've already bonded with the baby, I was scared but now i'm also excited. I've found a two-bedroomed house for us, and my job will cover maternity. Also, I dont think i could go through with an abortion.

That leaves one big problem (at least!!) the father wants nothing to do with the baby. he doesn't want to tell his family. My family dont know we were trying to get back together, so they dont even know i could be pregnant. my dad is in the church so he disapproves of single families. I just feel like i'm the only one..

What I have been told is that cravings during pregnancy are often because your body needs something which the food you crave contains (i.e: iron, calcium etc...)

Should you give in to the cravings? I crave chocolate sometimes, and very often oranges, also egg & chips and poppery minced beef!

There is nothing I "shouldn't" eat, as I'm putting on the right amount of weight and I have low lood sugar and cholesterol.

Do you or did you give in to cravings during pregnancy? Did it do you any harm / good?

Should I? Or is it bad to just eat what you want?

My periods always last 5 days, they are always heavy my period was due on Feb 15th, but I began spotting on the 9th. I have heard that implantation bleeding only last 1 or 2 days, but I spotted for 10 which is not normal anyways because I have never bled for that long...ever. I didnt need to use a pad or anything, except for the 14 for about an hour, and there was just a few spots, and the same thing, but a lil more on the 15th and 16th, then it was back to really light again. I have felt like crap ever since then, nauseated in small waves, my breast are only sensitive in the nipple area, and gas and have had lower back spasms/aches...Today I started cramping not too bad, but kind of like AF. Most all of these symptoms are like PMS for me, however I have been having them since about Valentines Day ( my anniversary hehe ) I have asked alot of questions, and I'm sorry, but I am waiting on my DR.s appt, b/c 2 hpts came back neg, but I took those back on the 14th and 19th.

hi, on friday i pancied n thought i went into labour but was told i was just suffering from very bad Braxton Hicks. last night the pain started agn but my stomach went rock hard n i was crying with the pain which this time was all over. i've woken today with the pain coming back. i've booked a doctors appointment its just im panicing and wondered if anyone else had been like this?
