Why can't you see a doctor?
No one, from a short question like this, can give you a reliable answer.
You need to see adoctor and get a proper exammination and a blood test. And then take it from there.
However it is unlikley if your last period was in January you would "look" pregnant after just a few short weeks. The uterus would still be down in the pelvis.
Don't cut corners.

i dont know what yr situation is if u can go to the doctors or not but it is quite normal for a womans period to stop without being pregnant mine stopped for a year for no reason and then just started again there is however a website called www. firstresponsefertility.com you can talk to a midwife for free good luck hope its the news that you want hear

Maybe u have another problem like desiring so much to have a baby and as soon u stress urself periods disapears so relax call unto God he haers our cry i also had the same problem since last yr Nov. but thx God i have conceived on February so cry to God and relax for him to do his will all the best ma dear.

I have been having a burning sensation in my throat for about 1.5 when I breath hard and at night but now it is into my chest and started burning bad when I laid down. and continued when I got up left arm hurts as well
