Generally if you have a normal cycle (28 days) then the best time to conceive is 14 days from the day you start your period. i have followed this method many times and also reccomended it to friends.. it never fails. If after another 6 months or so you still have no luck then visit your doctor. There is a pill called clomid which can help with infertillity but they will only give it to you if you can prove you have tried all 'normal' methods.
On top of that keep fit and healthy, drink and smoke (If you do) less and keep your boyfriends 'bits' cool! No tight jeans or pants for him! good luck!

Get married before you try to have a baby. There are too many unwed mothers these days and Im sure MOSt people here will disagree with me, but oh well! If you're younger than 22, give it a rest and don't try to have a baby. Finish school first and get a degree.
I don't think there is any kind of pill to help you conceive. See doctor and he or she can advise you further. You may have a physical problem. I do hope that you can have a baby one day, so good luck with that.

Talk to your obgyn in detail about this, & read up on that issue on here or magazines...I think that you definitely need to keep close track of your cycles & you should have a basal thermometer. Its used to tell when youre the most fertile in that month when your temp is the highest. Has your bf had his semen tested to be sure the sperm is alive & well? Its hard, but when couples are so anxious & stressed like this, it makes it even harder to happen.
Good Luck

Check out fertility friend. It's an online calender where you enter when you have your period. It lets you know when your fertile days are. If that doesn't work or if your period is way off see your doctor. I had to see my doctor and he gave me provera and clomid. Good Luck.

I heard you can do it too much. He needs drink less alcohol, get a baby planner book and record your menstrution so you can plot ovulation. You both need less stress. A doctor maybe able to give you fertility drugs, there are some natural products you can get.

The time to have intercourse and try to become pregnant is AFTER you get married.

marraige is just a piece of paper... anyway, get an ovulation test and make sure you're trying at the proper times, but you might want to get checked by a doctor to make sure you can.
