The only exercise you can do afterwards if your boobs are sagging is put on your hiking boots and take a hike to your plastic surgeons. Seriously! I've tried everything and nothing works. It happened as a result of breastfeeding each child for over a year. I think I will wait for my children to grow up and get jobs then I will charge each of them money or a boob lift (only kidding).

Massage them with some Italian vinaigrette, let them marinate overnight or 2 hours. Slice the potatoes 1/8" thick, layer in baking dish with sliced onions & mushrooms. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk & pour over potatoes just to cover. Sauté the marinated breasts in hot oil, until surfaces are no longer pink. Place your breasts on top of the potatoes, cover with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese, bake at 400F for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes, until surface is golden.

Ask for your entrée to get served on a bed of greens rather than a bed of pasta or mashed carrots.

Set your personal computer alarm to ring hourly—stand upward for 1 to 5 minutes each and every time it goes off.

From breakfast, go ahead and beverage orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water as opposed to juice or soda

Wear comfy shoes in order to take meetings for a walk rather than sitting at a desk.

Apart from surgery, very little I'm afriad.

Breasts contain no muscle tissue and so you can't build them up or perk them up. You can try and tighten the muscles on the chest wall behind the breasts that supports the breasts but as for the breasts themselves - sorry. If it were truly possible to "perk up" your breasts during or after pregnancy and/or breastfeeding I am certain that millions of women would be doing it.

It's a fact of life that your breasts change as you get older and pregnancy and breastfeeding are two factors in that, as are weight gain/loss the general effects of gravity and the loss of elasticity in the skin.

Just wear a supportive bra and try not to get too stressed about it!

The best way to keep yourself from sagging is to always, always wear a supportive bra, even when you are sleeping.

Any exercise that works your pectoral muscles will naturally raise your breasts, but there is no exercise that will prevent sagging. Unfortunately, sagging occurs from the stretching of the skin and tissue, and there is not much you can do about through exercise.
