Yes you could definitely be pregnant. It may have been too early to take a test, meaning the level of the pregnancy hormone was not high enough to detect. I would either take another test or visit your local Planned Parenthood they can help you too. You should definitely find out what is going on, especially if you still have not had your period. Try to relax though, I know easier said than done, but stress is not helping you at all.

Those symptoms sound more like possible depression to me. Yes, when you are pregnant you can be moody, but those symptoms together sound like it could be depression. Added stress can delay your period. Usually breast tenderness (almost pms like) is the first thing you notice in pregnancy and of course a missed period. You may also notice a crampy feeling (but never get your period) almost like you are going to start your period. Food cravings or aversions may be noticed at this point. Moodiness can be all through pregnancy as well. Most women do not get morning sickness until around 6 weeks. You need to really talk to your mom about this even if you do not know for sure. A blood test at the doctors will tell you for sure and you will need your mom. Rashes on your face could be due to stress as well. Acne or the glowing face can be noticed but, you said worse than usual. I'm not saying you are not pregnant, but you need to go to the doctor to give you a blood test. Blood test are more accurate because it detects hcg in your blood so the hcg is more concentrated.

normally, i'd say to wait another week and test again...
the home tests pick up the preg. hormone hcg in your urine...in order for that to be produced, the embryo needs to have implanted into the uterus....could be possible that, if you are preg., your embryo is still floating towards the uterus and hasn't implanted yet....other slight possibility is that it has implanted elsewhere (ectopic pregnancy- dangerous and requires immediate attention)- if it has done that, the pregnancy hormone is not produced in the same numbers as a normal pregnancy....
however...
because of your young age...if you are indeed pregnant, you are going to need guidance- it's a daunting experience even for someone who is older and more "settled"! You'll also want the earlier heads up so that you can learn more about proper prenatal health and lifestyle info.....in which case, i wouldn't recommend waiting any longer than necessary.
Do you have a local health department nearby? Usually they offer free pregnancy testing...or you could look in your phone book for pregnancy centers, which will also provide those tests for free. Planned Parenthood would be another option....
Of course, it also just as likely that the negative test you read was correct...at your age, your hormones are still kind of out of whack, and you may just be experiencing some awful pms (and while your cycles may be fairly regular at this point, it's also not uncommon for them to get messed up....your age, activity, recent illnesses, etc can play a part in delaying the start of your period). Not to mention, many of the symptoms could be psychosomatic ("all in your head"). If you believe something really deeply, such as thinking you are pregnant, the body will follow suit and produce symptoms that would go along with what would be found in pregnancy....sore boobs, high strung emotions, missed periods, etc.
If it were me, I would try the health department/pregnancy resource centers first...if those are not available, wait another week (but be mindful of the fact that you could possibly be pregnant, and take care of yourself....try to eat healthy and avoid exposure to smoke, alcohol, drugs, etc). Take another test then- if you still come up negative, and you are not comfortable mentioning being concerned about a possible preg., just tell her you are concerned because for some reason your cycle is late and you would like your dr to make sure nothing is wrong. (In the meantime too, you can call a pregnancy resource center and ask to speak with someone who can help guide you through the emotions that you are feeling....ask for advice in how to talk with your mom about this, etc).
Good luck sweetie! Like I said, it's a daunting enough prospect for those in even the best of situations....your tender age makes it even harder and scarier. I wish you well!

You should be on birth control or atleast go and buy a 75 cent condom.
You can go to the health department on your own with mommy signing for you.
I was 16 years old and i went to the health department on MY own and got on the depo shot without my mom signing for anything and it was free. They did ask if i had medical insurance but i said i didn't even though my parents did on me but they can't check into that and they cannot tell your parents.
Maybe you should tell your mother because i am sure she would rather see you on birth control than for your belly to be sticking out while your 17/18 years old.
Test again using first morning urine. If your not pregnant i would get on B/C right away.
If you are pregnant then be the adult you thought you were when you made the decision to have sex and tell who needs to be told.

Pregnancy Symptoms — Early Signs of Pregnancy
Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms. If you have been sexually active and experiencing any of the following symptoms it is important to take a pregnancy test. Find a Free Testing Center
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test: Find a Free Testing Center or Order my pregnancy test
Other Explanations: Excessive weight gain/loss, fatigue, hormonal problems, tension, stress, ceasing to take the birth control pill, or breast-feeding.
Swollen/Tender Breasts:
Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.
Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.
Fatigue/Tiredness:
Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.
Other Explanations: Stress, exhaustion, depression, common cold or flu, or other illnesses can also leave you feeling tired or fatigued.
Nausea/Morning Sickness:
This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Food poisoning, stress, or other stomach disorders can also cause you to feel queasy.
Backaches:
Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.
Headaches:
The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, impending menstruation, eye strain, or other ailments can be the source of frequent or chronic headaches.
Frequent Urination:
Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.
Other Explanations: Urinary tract infection, diabetes, increasing liquid intake, or taking excessive diuretics.
Darkening of Areolas:
If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.
Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or may be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.
Food Cravings:
While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Poor diet, lack of a certain nutrient, stress, depression, or impending menstruation.

Is there anything else going on in your life? Some of those are also signs of stress and depression. I also experienced breast tenderness, the first time I was pregnant was @ 19. Does your community have 211? It's a free call and they should be able to give numbers of agencies that may be able to help you. Best of luck!

You may be pregnant, and sometimes home pregnancy tests don't show it. I had 6 negative urine tests at my doctors office before they finally made me do a blood one and I was nearly 3 months pregnant by then. Please visit Planned Parenthood or another similar clinic. Good Luck !!!!
