I am 12 weeks pregnant and when I woke up this morning I had some brown discharge. I was wondering if anyone else had this when they were pregnant. And what their doc told them. I dont want any bull crap answers. I am serious about this. Thank you

I have been perscribed valtrex for the time being and to start taking the pills again to prevent another outbreak when the baby comes.. i have some questions tho becuz im really not understanding somethings. I am no longer with the babys father.. this is not the first std he has passed to me, but its the first uncurable one and im extremely disgusted with him and myself for allowing him to even touch me but besides that. (i wouldnt do this but hypothetically) if i have sex with someone when im not having an outbreak and do not use a condom.. what are the chances that person is going to get herpes too? and how am i supposed to know im having an outbreak if there are no sores? are there "hidden" symptoms i can watch out for so i know not to have sex? pretty much id like people who have herpes, who are in a relationship where you dont use condoms to answer if they've passed it on to their partners.. my mom was raped and got it and doesnt use condoms with her husband unless of outbreak?

and if the results are that my child has down syndrome i don't know if I can handle it. I have discussed things with my partner and we are not sure what we should do. We have discussed that adoption might be the answer. We both know how much it's going cost, medically and emotionally. And we definetly don't have the cost. I need some inputs. Possibly with other people that have gone through the same situation? This is a sensitive subject so please don't answer rudely. Thanks in advance.

I am 25 weeks pregnant and am noticing that from time to time I have lower abdominal pain mainly of the left side. It only hurts when I walk. It feels like it could be a muscle. If anyone can help that would be great

I've had all of the symptoms of pregnancy from the sore breasts to missed periods from nausea and extreme fatigue and now would be 21 weeks and have started to develop a bump. It actually is pregnancy bump shaped and not just fat. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests all with mixed answers but I didn't take them until I was 4 months and the midwife said they do no always work after this time. I have also felt the baby kicking but now I'm not sure if this is a real pregnancy or my mind playing tricks on me.

am due feb4th... baby hasnt droped ,, im pretty big..Doctor has me going in next week for a stress test. can some one tell me what this is for ? and what do they do? anything about it is helpful...i get pains once in while in my groin so i feel ok so far.. maybe the doc is off on my due date...

Hi,
I have irregular menses and is on pills to regulate it. but i stop after my last menses.My due date for my period is yesterday(2nd).Since 31st i feela bit cramping and back ache and white discharge (looks tranluscent). on 1st I feel nausea and dizzy since morning and lasted till evening with slight cramping and sometime sharp short pain. On 2nd, period not come and still feel nauea and dizzy in the late morning day with not very good appetite and it lasted till late night. still have crapming and white transcent discharge. I also having flu in the early part of the day since 30th and bad headache on 1st night time and 2nd day time Can advise if I am pregnant?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and eariler my dog got away from me, so i had to run after him. I'm used to running, but now my pelvic area feels as if someone kicked me in the crotch!!! it hurts bad to walk! what should i do or what? has anyone had this happen to them before? i know my baby has dropped, but it hurts terribly!!!

this is my second pregnancy (i am 16 weeks pregnant) but the first time in my life that i have experienced such bad acne, i have maintained my regular cleansing routine but it must be hormones or something because they are big and painful and dont seem to want to go away. I still have 2 weeks before my next doctor's appointment, has anyone else experienced this? did anything work for you or do i just have to suffer?

I heard that you dont feel anything once the drugs kick in. Just a bit of tugging and pulling. This is my 1st pregnancy. Can anyone clear my nerves a bit that has had a c-section and explain to me what happens during and after? How do they check to see if the drugs worked?

Im either 17 or 18 wks pregnant im due july 12th and i was just wondering if at my next sonagram which is the 7th of feb if i might be able to tell the sex of my baby? i know it depends if they cooperate but if they do i should be able to tell shouldnt i? thanks

I just had an ultrasound and the doctor told me that there was swelling around the baby's neck and abdomen. She said it didn't look normal and I have to have a doppler ultrasound next week. Is there anybody who has been in this situation? Any nurses out there that can tell me what this could be? I am very concerned. Thanks. Only serious answers please.
