A week apart! Hello 28th week, I'm 29 weeks.
Bladder control, ha. If they gave you a list of all the things that can happen while pregnant most people would stare and probably laugh their socks off at just how many embaressing things go along with such a wonderful and truely blessing gift as a baby.
You sneeze, cough, laugh, hit a bump on the road and what do you know! You've lost just enough control to wish you wore those panty liners.
As if it weren't enough with gas, heartburn, emotions running wild, you have to learn how to make a mad dash for the bathroom where ever you are and end up only a little while later having to go yet again. For some it happens more easily, while others are truely blessed never to see the day they actaully have to say.."I think I wet my own pants in the middle of a grocery store." Of course it's never that bad, but it's enough to make your face turn red even though no one else knows about it.
So I'm right there along with you, don't feel bad, grab those thin little panty liners and feel free to sneeze , or cough without the worry of a sudden tinkle down below. Or at least the sign of it on your pants.
Congrats!

Take comfort in the fact that you will go back to normal. I had that problem with my first pregenancy, and now I'm only 23 weeks in my second and peed when I sneezed the other day. You will regain bladder control after the baby comes. Until now, just be prepared!

I am 28 weeks also!! This is my third and YES, this is the first pregnancy i have had that problem! It's crazy!!! I'm not into wearing depends or anything (not yet!!) but I do make sure i carry pantyliners or even pads. You could try those if you are "leaking" all the sudden (coughing, laughing, or anything really) Actually, she kicked so hard once, i thought my water broke!!! My doc said it is my bladder having spasms or the way she is sitting!!!
Good luck and know that there are others!!! But we are almost there!

It never happened to me, but I know people that it has happened to and it was because they weren't going as often as they needed to. Try going every 30 mins to and hour and that might help. You can also try doing kegels, that will strengthen the muscles that you use to urinate and may help you regain that control. :):) I'm sure you're not the only one. Talk to your dr. also, she may know something better.
