I am currently on b/c pills and take them consistantly and during the same time frame every night. On Jan. 1 I got a UTI and my doctor prescribed Macrobid. I took it for the full two weeks and I started my placebo pills on the 7th of Jan and got a normal period. I continued taking another pack of pills and I just recently got a period on Tuesday, but it was alot heavier and only lasted for 2 days. I have suffered from pregnancy symptoms for about the past three weeks-VERY nauseous during the nights, swollen and enlarged breasts, constipation, bloating and etc. I first just thought it was PMS, but it still has not gone away and keeps getting worse. I have taken two HPT's about 5 days ago, but they both were negative. Is it to early to test and may i be pregnant?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and lately I been getting this feeling that my tummie is being streched it hurts on the sides and middle but I dont feel that way all the time just sometimes
thats what werids me out I know im getting bigger and im gonna strech but why do i only feel that way SOMETIMES?

My last period was dec 24, my husband used condom for 3 weeks and i should have my period jan 24 to 28 but it did not come, last feb 1 i used a home pregnancy test and it was negative, i'm a little worried bec up to now i still don't have my period. we have 2 girls (2 yrs old and 11 mos old) via CS and i can't afford to have another one. please help!!!!

im 38 wks and my first pregnancy i have had the brixton hicks but im not quite sure how the real ones feel like i have had a dull back ache off and on all day but not sure if that is a contraction or not i have been walking around most of the day and somtimes get a sever pain in my abdomin. im not quite sure how to time these either. please help me and thanx for ur answers

I had my period from jan.12 to jan 15. it was normal, i had sex the next 4 days after my period and i think one day may have been unprotected. Im waiting to see if i get my period in the next couple days.Ive been eating a lot and sleeping a lot. i got a little off track and i thought i was supposed to start my period on the 9th so i took a test and it was negative, was it too soon to tell if im pregnant?

My friend is 17, and has fallen pregnant. She's about three months along, and has decided to keep the baby - it's due in August. How can I best support her through this?
Also, the father of the child knows that she's pregnant, but she doesn't want him to have any role in the baby's life once it's born...she doesn't think that he will want to, but wants to know if it's ok for her to tell him she lost the baby (he lives a couple of hours away) so that he won't have any reason to contact her or try to get custody. What should she tell the father? or should she just n ot contact him at all?

I am currently 2 days overdue. On Friday I had my membrances stripped, and there was a lot of blood that day, which my doc told me was very normal. I also had a lot of cramping, but each time my cervix has been manipulated I have had cramping. The cramping is still going on, and is extremely painful. I lost my mucous plug last week (only white mucous) and today had a lot more mucousy discharge that was *slightly* pink (assuming this is bloody show). I was only dialted to 2cm and 80% effaced on Friday. I have already been to L&D three times in pre-labor and been sent home due to know cervical change. I have been having contractions here and there all day today (nothing regular) but this abdominal cramping is intense. I have never had menstrual cramps, so I am not used to this at all. This is my first baby, so I am not sure what to expect. I have an induction scheduled for Tuesday night, do you experienced mothers think my baby will come before this?

I am 37 weeks and my braxton hicks contractions have stopped! i have already started to dialte but now im not progressing. what can i do to get them going again, oh and is it normal for the baby to stop movine a lot, only a few times a day, exscpecially hick ups lol?

if a woman is barelly showing, and a women asks if shes pregnant or not? Some lady did that to me and i didnt believe her and the next day i was so intrigued by what she said. so i got a test and it was positive... how do people know that?

Okay...so I'm on birth control, and I've been taking it everyday at the same time for a few months, but this month I have became a little lazy because my boyfriend and I are getting married soon, and I haven't been taking my birth control at the same time everyday like..sometimes I'll take it at 9am..and sometimes at like 11pm, and once I missed a day. I know we're young and everything and don't need a kid right now, so do you think having done this increased my chances any?

i am 20 years old and although i dont work i have a nice flat and i live with my partner who is working as hard as he can to make sure we have everything we need for the baby i did have a social worker wen i was 14 but that was just because my dad and i fought and i didnt go to school, i wasnt on drugs or commiting any crimes im very annoyed about this because im trying my best and i have support and its still not good enough i know i sound very neurotic but im upset. i was wondering if anyone knows why they would have me down as that considering that i have a sister who is a brilliant single mum to 2 kids and she isnt a social risk and shes raising her children alone. i would really appreciate any help and if u cant help thanks for listening to my rant anyway.

I recently turned 20 and just found out I am 7 weeks pregnant. How do I tell my parents I'm pregnant? They are strict christians who frown on children born out of wedlock, and critisize friends my age who have children. I'm in my second year in Uni (three year course), living on my own with a Job. I'm so scared!!!
