I just went shopping for some yesterday and found some really cute maternity clothes at Motherhood Maternity. I also checked out Target but I was less than impressed with their selection. Ross also had some cute stuff.

It depends on how much you want to spend and how long you want the clothes to last. Most major department stores sell maternity clothes. Thyme Maternity, Motherhood Maternity are some maternity speciality stores that I've tried. There are others: Great Expectations, etc.

Here is a website for maternity clothes buying tips. I thought that the information was helpful, I hope you will, too.

Good luck and best wishes for you and your baby.

Motherhood stores are nice and if you can still find "Pea in a Pod" stores...Target has simple and reasonably priced clothing. Also check out the consignment shops...you're really tired of maternity clothes by the time the baby arrives and usually you can find nice outfits for less than new cost.

Old Navy and Motherhood Maternity

I got all my pants at Motherhood (bought Motherhood brand) and paid about $25 each for them.... cheaper than regular pants! Old Navy has super cute tops, a lot of which can be worn after the baby is born and not at all look like maternity clothes.

my wife didnt believe me, but ross's has a good selection and they are cheap, so you can buy clothes that will look good on you for the first few months of being pregnant then clothes later once your bigger.
I dont suggest motherhood maternity because all the clothes my wife bought there costed about 3 times as much, and about half of her motherhood maternity clothes torn.

Motherhood Maternity (Most variety and pretty good prices. They always have great sales!)

Old Navy (Very cute/stylish clothes and they also have good sales.)

JCPenneys (I found a lot of shirts there, but not many pants.)

Target (I found a lot of cute tops there when I was pregnant)

Thrift Stores (Since women only use their maternity clothes for 9 months, the clothes are usually in pretty good condition and cost a lot less.)

Good luck! :)

1. check you local area listings.
2. Mimi Maternity (also carried at Bloomingdale's)
3. A Pea in A Pod
4. check consignment stores- you may this suggestion this is trashy, but if you go to nice ones, you can find good quality used clothes.
5. relatives and friends who have been pregnant.

Depends on your budget--- don't rule out maternity/baby re-sale or consignment shops--- or even eBay.
If you don't expect to wear the clothes once you are no longer pregnant, you can save a bundle on gently used maternity clothing. AND you'll be re-cycling!

I love the fashionable stuff at Japanese Weekend. Maybe you have one near you? Try online too! Don't settle for frumpy clothes, this is a really big and growing industry now that all the celebs are getting prego!
