what do you actually feel like any symptoms when your mucous plugs comes out?

im wondering if you feel anything the day before or that day when you lose your mucous plug?

You're usually not even aware of the expulsion of the mucous plug until you find a little blood in your panties. It means that you're getting very close, but there's not reason to go running to the hospital then, so no need to worry about it.

You usually do not feel any different, but you may notice a pinkish colored discharge when it actually happens...hope this helps

For about a week before it dislodged, I had mild menstrual-like cramping. It varies for every woman though.
