I'm only 31 weeks and I feel already so sick of being pregannt. I'm happy to be having a baby, it just feels like ive been pregnant for years!!! Anyone else ever felt like this? Or have any ideas how to pass the time without going insane? I'm getting so big and I feel so uncomfortable in my body. Those of you who have already had babies, do the last few months go by fast?

ok feel a bit of a weirdo asking this but there is a reason.

Yesterday i had Marriage Prep and we were upto the topic of Sex and Children (Yay!! Could it be any more embarassing lol!!!) anyhoo me and the lady of the couple who me and my fiance meet with were discussing about the Combined Pill - When i was younger i had migraines i think my last was in about 2002 (i remember cos i was still taking history lol) however it's hereditary in my family (my mum, uncle and grandma all suffer). I read this page http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/27000853/ and it talks about how you are at higher risk of stroke if you have migraines and take the pill.

Now i dont get this a stroke is a blood clot which forms in the brain, then theres a part in the Combined Pill, which works as a blood thinner so how can you clot and have thin blood at the same time!!!!!

I am going to the Doc's in the next week ish but i thought i may as well ask if anyone had any idea!!!

I'm sure all you Mums are going to laugh at that question, but I wonder if I'm panicing over nothing. Was your birth better or worse than you anticipated? I'm due in 3 months and am starting to read up on pain relief and how dialation works. It seems weird to me to hear that some people get told not to come into the hospital yet. How do you manage the pain at home if you're told not to come in until you're more progressed? All seems very overwhelming and scary.

My boyfriend and i had dry sex and he ejaculated, yet i had panties on and he had his boxers on. He ejaculated about a foot away from me, but i didnt feel any wetness. Yet now, a month later, i am a few days late without my period, ive been having cramps and a bit of spotting. My breasts are itching and i feel soreness in the abdominal area. There have been a few times when i felt like i wanted to throw up, but i didnt. I was also very tired these past couple of days. so would you say i'm pregnant?

I have been having contractions for about a week, my pelvic area feels like it's going to break and my back is killing me. I also lost my mucus plug last week. I got checked again today and I am still not dialated, but my cervix has been "very" soft for 2 weeks. When do you think I will start to dialate? How much longer until you guys think he will be here?

I'm a first time mom to be, barely in my 19th week. Just the other day, I noticed an increase in my dry skin. I was expecting this and had been using lotions and cocoa butter daily. However, in spite of all my efforts, the skin on my rear end is dry and no longer smooth to the touch. I've tried exfoliating as well, but thus far, no change. Does anyone have any suggestions other than my daily lotioning and exfoliating? Or is this something to be worried about???

I am 17 weeks pregnant and have not gained any weight. However the last time I was at my doctor (1 week ago) he felt around on the baby and told me the baby was big for my due date. I get an ultra sound next thursday so we will know for sure, however my question is: I am not diabetic but my boyfriend is inslulin dependant diabetic since the age of 7. My stomach looks like I am about 7 months along does him having type 1 diabetes put me at risk for having a large baby? Thanks for your help!!!

I had an appt about a week ago b/c I have cists on my ovaries and endometriosis and today when my test results came back I was informed that my chances of getting pregnant would steadily decline until about the age of 25 when I will be completely infertile. I have been with my boyfriend for about a year and 1/2 now and we have always planned on getting married and starting a family (we both want 2 or 3 kids). He said he'd go with it if I was ready now but I'd like to have some more opinions....do you think it's smart to start a family at 18 if it's my only choice? Is it smart to start a family before college? Any young mothers out there, you're input would be greatly appreciated.....

Im pregnant with my first child and had a few concerns about the labor process. Ive read that women are given enemas...I know what its for but I was wondering if this was required or just suggested because I really think its a bit invasive for me. I cant imagine being forced to do it....also the same question in regards to having a cathader inserted...is that needed? when are these things needed?

Does anyone know how I would go about taking my convalescent leave after I have my baby? I am in the Navy. However, I have TAD orders to another command. Would I route my leave chit through my command, or the command that I have TAD orders to? I am a little confused on how this works. After my 6 weeks I am planning on returning back to my permanate duty station. Any military people know how this works?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and went for my first prenatal with my doctor. I have had 2 previous miscarriages but also had 2 children. This is my first pregnancy with this doctor and I was already seeing him because me and my husband were trying 2 and a half years (since my last miscarriage) to have another baby.
Well I went there and at this clinic the nurse sees you first and does all paper work and then the doctor comes in. Well the doctor didn't even come see me. They did no tests and didn't even touch me. For all they know I'm not even pregnant because they did nothing. Instead the doctor told the nurse that he would rather not do my prenatal care because of my previous 2 miscarriages(which by the way were 4 years and 2 babies apart). So he is sending me to a different doctor but it takes 2 months till I get to see her.
So I am pretty peeved because they did no tests nothing. I tried 2 and a half years for this baby and I definatly have concerns that I'd like to discuss. Any thought
