I am 4 months pregnant and I have had a severe migrane for the last 3 days. My docter told me all I can do is take tylenol but it doesn't seem to help. Some one please help.

oh man-I hear you I had the same problem a few months back.
I tried laying down a while after taking the tylenol--it would go away, but the tylenol would wear off and it would come back.
I ended up taking one half of an excedrin migraine--it worked because the strongest thing I was taking for months was tylenol.

good luck-I hope someone can help

You could try that Head- On stuff. I suffer from migraines as well, and it has helped in the past. I had severe migraines at the begining of my pregnancy and my doctor said it was ok to take excedrin. Check with your doctor if that is ok. Otherwise, there isn't much that you can take. I would be weary of taking herbal remedies because they, like medications can have side effects on the baby. Good Luck and I am sorry you have a migraine! I know just how you feel.

I know the feeling. I never got as many migraines as I did after I got pregnant. I'm also 4 months along and I find that putting a hot water bottle on my head, taking some tylenol and going to sleep works most of the time. You have to take the tylenol as soon as the sparkly things appear if you want it to work.(If thats the kind of migraines you get)

Take the Tylenol, go lay down in your darkened room and try putting an ice pack on your head. Ice really does relieve headache pain. Migraines are terrible. I suffered them as a child and would be sick in bed for 3-5 days at a time. Once a went through puberty they stopped. Maybe yours are caused because of the pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon.

I don't see why your doc would say that.. b/c i get migraines atleast twice a week and I am on a migraine medication that is in the group b for pregnant women. It is called midrin and it works wonders. I know tylenol does not work for me. and i have taken midrin for my last two pregnancies also.. i would reask your doc if this is a normal occurance b/c they can be more severe during pregnancy.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

This works for me:

Quoted from source: " Try breathing into a small paper bag when in the throes of a migraine, or when you feel one coming on. The paper bag cuts down on the oxygen [organ stimulant], and increases the carbon dioxide intake during inhalation [organ relaxant]. Inhale/Exhale for about 30 seconds to one minute. "

Ok this sounds weird but it worked for me. I would take a shower with the lights off than lay in bed in the dark. I have a vibrating back massager and I would turn it on and massage my face and head, where ever the pain was. It made me feel so much better quickly and than I would fall asleep. My husband made fun of me but hey it worked and I was not feeling well. You got to do what you have to do.
