Pregnancy - January 2007

My girlfriend gave me oral sex and she swallows so i dont think much if any sperm would be left. About 2 hours later we were thinking about doing sex for the first time, i put the conom inside out on accident then fixed it then was going to insert but couldnt, so it just touched the rimm of her. her period was due about 3-5 days later and she missed it. This was the december-Jan time frame though so stress its been a tad over a week late period should i worry or is he chance unoticable leftover sperm impregnated her 2 hours later on a condom that want inserted so far fetched im ok?

I'm 27wks pregnant and curious as to what causes an unborn baby to be either deaf or blind? There is no history of either of these in mine or my partners family, and there is no need for me to even be thinking of this however i'm a bit neurotic this week and this is my latest "thing to worry about".

Any ideas?

Implantation?
well today is day 5 of missed period. took preg test last night and this morning still neg.had a heavy reg period on dec 13th and i had one spot of bleeding on jan 8th, and 13th,14th, and on the 15th afternoon and this today no bleeding at all. and when i bled the days i just mentiond it was only when i wiped. it was like clear with pick lines in the fluid.<- i know TMI sorry, just tryin to get to bottm of this. i have always had heavy period starting from day one. thats why this is all so wierd. i have 2 other kids and this has NOT happend to me b4. any suggestions from a nurse or dr, or any websites that u can talk to a dr about thesse q's? that would be great too.i never been on birth control, and im using no protection

I just found out I'm preg I'm soo happy but I have a problem I have no insurance to go to doc on my own and won't be able to go to doctor for another 2 weeks but I want my baby to be healthy and I know the beggining is most important time to do things right I don't want to loose my baby is there any vitemins I could take as a substitute for prenatl vitemins I herd of women takeing flinstones is that good any advice would help thanx ps. I'm having sharp pain in my lower abdomen it happens every morn and thru out the day is this ok or should I not have any pain at all and I have a lot of white clear discharge is that normal I'm sorry I'm a lil clueless my first baby thanx

Really frustrated. My doctor hasn't even checked 1x to see if i am dialating at all. I am due in 10 days and nothing. Anything on it's way or there is really no way to tell?

i have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend!! I had sex on the 5th through to the 15th of January (this month)!! I took the morning after pill on the 11th of january but stupidly continued having unprotected sex afterwards. I know that the morning after pill only works 72 hours so it has missed some of the days previous taking it and it has also missed 4 days after taking it!! What are the chances of me getting pregnant from this and worst of all i was ovulating at the time, they were my most fertile days of the month i found out!! What are the chances of me getting pregnant from this or will i be allright from taking the morning after pill?? I also had sex in between taking the two tablets (in that 12 hour period) please help!!

Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for about 3 months now. Im 16 and have only started my periods about 4 months ago. Im also diabetic. Im probably just freaking out but my period is 6 days late, but i have had no other symtoms of pregnancy. We keep telling our selves that i may just be irregular since i am new to my periods but then again we still have the thought of pregnancy in the back of our mind. We really need some advice! : )

Okay well this is going to be pretty long. Im 16years old my boyfriend went to jail and his 16 too. I went to his court today and wrote to the judge saying im pregnant and bla bla bla and it mite help 2..so im waiting tell the next court..Me and my boyfriend when he was no at jail we planned to have a baby!..We had sex averyday for 1 mouth and i got my period and i thought to myself WUT is wrong. someone told me u could be pregnant still. took a test said nagtive..Then we had sex on my period and of my period again!.my period finsh last mouth on the 30th so after that i had sex tell the 8th of this mouth...I noticed my breast hurt and i couldnt sleep on it... then JuSt today I got blood coming out but this blood is like running nose kind of blood you know how you get a bleeding nose well its exactly like that..Could i be still pregnant my boyfriend was happy when he thought i was pregnant!..and now i unno if i am or not!..

I am 30 and pregnant with my second child, in the past 12 months i have gained 10kg (48 to 58kg). Since finding out that i am pregnant i have stoped drinking alcohol but i am still concerned about the weight gain. Will not drinking allow me to slim down a little before i start to get big? What sort of exercise can i do in this early stage of pregnancy? Can i use the total gym xli?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant, and this past sunday i had to go to the hospital because i lost my mucus plug and had some bloody show. They put me on an IV drip, then gave me three doses of some shot to try and stop my contractions.. They also had me take a brethine pill which seemed to help slow down my contractions for the time being. They diagnosed me to be in preterm labor, the early stage, but said that since it was so close to being a term pregnancy, it wasn't extremely dangerous. I am having trouble being able to determine contractions. The nurses said that i was having them pretty regularly when i went in to the hospital, but i never noticed them at home and don't exactly know what i'm supposed to be feeling when i have one. I was told to time my contractions so that i could come back in if they became 10 or so minutes apart. I'm not sure how to tell the beginning of a contraction or if the pain that i'm feeling is even a contraction.. any advice?

I'm about 11 weeks pregnant and I have a major headache and earache.... I mean they are really sore. I called my doctor but, he's out of the office already.. so I have to call him back tomorrow. The pharmacist said it's okay to take tylenol.. but is that okay with the baby? Will it harm the baby or not?

Do you believe that there is no real human being inside a woman's belly? Why do most girls decide to have an abortion? Why not just give up the baby to a loving adopting family, or better yet, not make a bad decision in the first place to cause an unwanted pregnancy?

I am 40 weeks pregnant and I think I am having contractions ranging from 10-20 min apart. They start in my lower stomach and go around to my back. Last one I had I was actually peeing, but it seems if I am resting I don't have them that regularly, but if i'm standing, walking, or sitting I feel them more, and when I move they don't go away. Could they just be braxton hicks

These young girls are igging my nerves wanting babies because they think they'll look cute pregnant or they'll have an adorable baby to love and to love them back. Don't they realize they can't love the child(ren) if they can't care for them properly? Love isn't letting a baby/child go hungry and wet and cursing it out for being curious. I see this in young mothers so often. They act like the child owes them something. Is there anything we as a world can do to improve this? I know it's a slim chance, but I had to get it off my chest anyway. Thanks in advance for your input/opinion.

My husband and I are planning to TTC this month for the first time. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect including my dental work. When I went to the dentist last month they needed to replace a crown. In doing so, my dentist needed to take one digital x-ray to make sure it was o.k. I did have an apron. This was on Dec. 20th. I am now concerned about radiation effects if any. Do I need to wait a month or can I continue with my plans to TTC this month?
