times in a day or night. we are planning for a kid. does this effect anything on us having sex 3 times a day?

three times a day is overkill. go for once every other day, or once a day at the most.

With a Semen Analysis like that you don't want to do it but everyother day so the sperm can build back up.

glad you have that kind of free time but its best to have sex every other day for the best results when trying to conceive. please ask the doctor who ran this test
