I heard that yams help you to concieve. Are there any other wives tales such as this one that may help me get pregnant?

Do some excercises while on your back with your legs in the air because the uterus can move during intercourse. Stress can also play a part in whether you concieve or not. So relax and try not to focus on getting pregnant, just enjoy the sex.

this is practically full proof! Take folic acid first off i think 500 mg a day or prenatal vitamins to help your body prepare. Get an ovulation kit if you are ovulating or 1-2 days before have sex if you oragasm it helps alot after your done lay there for 20 min try this once or twice and you'll have a baby by the end of the year if you and you partner are able to concieve good luck!!!!!!

Old wive's tale.

Best advice to give you---get an ovulation predictor. I used ClearBlue Easy Digital Ovulation Predictor. It costs more than other brands but you don't have to deal with lines. It either shows an empty circle if you are not ovulating and a smiley face if you are. It was dead on for me and worked because now I am 16 weeks pregnant.

stop trying to conceive. This seems to work the best. My friend was trying for 5 years to get pregnant. They finally stoped trying, and within a month or so she was pregnant. It helps if you are relaxed. Or you can go to the store and get a ovualtion predictor and set your cycle and try on the "furtile days" (By the way I am a woman did not see this is under my hubby's screenname). But, I have heard if you want a boy, eat meat, want a girl, its dairy.

I found using a diaphram and drinking too much an tried and true method of getting pregnant. ;)

The best way to get pregnant is relax, and have loads of orgasms during intercourse. That way the semen is pulled deeper into your uterus and closer to your eggs.

Thats a wives tales is so not ture. have sex 2 day before your period or a week before your period taht should help you. that what i did and i got pregnant.
