Yes in fact people have had septuplets and had all different sexes of babies.

With fertility drugs being so prevelant nowadays--increasing the likelihood of multiples--I suppose that is always a possibility. I have seen quints and I think there was a thing on tv one night about a lady who had sextuplets. I think the only issue is can the babies ALL survive.

I believe it is possible. You'd probably have to have help from a fertility clinic but the genders of the babies aren't guaranteed.

its very dangerous and only done in a fertility clinic and most doctors want to reduce the pregnancy. a lady had 8 one time and all of them died. humans arent designed to have litters

it is rare but i know at least sextuplets are possible
