Yes you can very much ovulate even thou your pregnant. My mom was pregnant with twins and when they did the sonograms it showed that one baby was 2 weeks more developed than the other. The doctor said she released another egg while being pregnant. This also happend with a close friend of mine.

yes, ovulating just means that the egg is ready to be fertilized. If it is not fertilized, then thats when you have your period. or menstruation cycle.
