Like what type of vitamins or healthy food should they take or what kind of food they shouldn't?

Do not consume alcohol or smoke before or during or even after..little lungs are more susceptible than adult lungs....

Do not consume anything with Aspartame or Mono sodium glutamate especially during pregnancy and while nursing. they should never be consumed anyway but especially not during these times.

A good vitamin supplement never hurts anyone and especially iron during pregnancy is good. and lots of good veggies too.

A good, healthy, well-balanced diet.
And add a folic acid (folate) supplement. 400 mcg, to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. This is most effective when taken for at least a few months before conception.
Once conception is a possibility, avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and over-the-counter medications.

buy some prenatal vitamins and start taking them just as you would if you were pregnant and eat lots of food high in folic acid

Total Cereal and juices is the best foods for breakfast
Lunch...meats, apples,carrots,veggies, V-8 juices
Supper----meats, veggies, pasta, fruits

Folic acid. Its a vitamin that helps fight deformaties and helps her be as healthy as she can.

Pregnancy is not a disease.... you can do whatever you are used to before you get pregnant, just avoid drugs.

no smoking no drugs no alcohol. little to no caffiene or sugar
