I am 27 weeks today!!! YAY!!! I have been having some leaky breasts on and off for weeks now...but this past week...it happens more and more. It used to only happen when I laying on side and putting pressure on them...but now it is all the time!!! When I sleep...I wake up and I am all wet!!! I know it is normal...but how much is normal??

Just a little worrried...this doesnt mean anything does it??

I only have 4 weeks left in my pregnancy and i am more emtional and touchy then ever before....i cry all of the time and people hurt my feelings really easily.....i dont understand why i am like this at the end.......has anyone else had this problem.....

I am 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby. It was discovered during a level 2 ultrasound back in September that he was breech and I was reassured we had plenty of time for him to turn. He didn't turn until December 27th, at which time he was in vertex position. I am currently seeing my OBGYN twice a week for a NST and they do an ultrasound also to check my fluid levels. When I go for my appt. on Tuesdays, he's breech, back on Friday, he's vertex. Has anyone experienced this before and if so any suggestions on getting him to stay put in vertex or head down? I'm scheduled to be induced next Tuesday but if he's not head down then we have to do a c-section which I really don't want to do...help! Thanks much! :o)

I look bigger but in all actuality I have lost weight...I have lost about 5 pounds since I found out I was pregnant, and I am starting to get a belly, but not gaining weight...Normal or not?

Last night when I was sleeping I feel this tightning like butterflies fluttering feeling in my tummy, went on and off for about 2 hours. This is my first baby but I am really skinny. Could this be the baby moving? I am only 14 weeks!

I am only 27 weeks. I know a little, very little about braxton hicks contractions. I was just wondering what it feels like and when you may have them? anyone with personal expierience would be great! Thanks!!

I had sex about a month ago on December 10th. My period was due that thursday (14th). It did not come. On that friday(15th) i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test 2-3 days late and came up negative(17th). 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted 6 or 7 hours and never felt again. After 5 days of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period/11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 5 maybe 6 days (after 3 it almost stopped completely but continued the next day). It has now been over 4 weeks... i have no pregnancy symptoms, i am not tired.. only when i work and the only thing i have are headaches which i have always had even before now and my legs and feet get sore after workin for 2-3 hours.

My partner and I thought that the rhythm method would be appropriate in our situation. I'm allergic to letex and she is sensitive to birth control pills.

I'm really terrified of what might happen on D DAY I go into labour. The pain and all stuff.. I will be 37 weeks the end of this week and I think it's time to plan for labour. I was thinking of getting an epidural this would get rid of some tension off my mind. For anyone who had one when is this given? When u get in pain? And could you feel your pushing or .. can you push with your body half numb? whats the sensation?

I haven't done this before, but I cannot even start to think of a hospital birth as a good idea for me or the baby -- assuming we both keep seeming as healthy as we do now.

Mr Kmennie is supportive of whatever I want to do. He doesn't see any reason for a hospital, either.

We were fairly set on renting a birthing pool and going the home-birth-with-a-midwife route, and then found out every midwife in the area has a waiting list. We're on four lists, and have been told not to give up. But.

What are the safety rates for no-midwife home births like? How positive are doulas about ditto?

If you're the home birth type and delivered in a hospital -- how did you make it a positive experience, and how much difficulty did you have fending off unwarranted interventions?

What would you do in a similar situation?

Does your body get really itchy when preggers?
Mine has started to itch all over but more so top half - neck, boobs and tum?

my last period ended on 11/30/06. I havent had a period since. And I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they both came up negative. I took the last one at the beginning of Jan. The only thing I have experienced is weird stomach feelings and I can smell alot better. I wrote it off as the cold I recently had. When I went onto Web MD it said that I could have missed my ovulation but thats only expected to let a person skip one cycle and so far Ive missed two. (And) when I spoke to my clinic they said they don't do blood pregnancy tests which is something I would prefer over a 3rd urine test. I feel fine overall. Has anyone went through this, also? After two negative urine test did you still wind up pregnant? Do you prefer a blood pregnancy test over urine?

I am not sick. No fever. All toxemia and preeclampsia tests are negative, blood work is PERFECT, BP normal...

But the past two or three days I have felt like I have the flu almost. Only not sick. I have a little appitite, get the runs from time to time, otherwise iam stopped up as usual.

I just feel like iam at the completely end of my physical ability. Everything hurts. When i sleep at night its like iam in a fever or something, in the sense that iam not really sleeping. I wake up sooo exhausted.

I know you feel crappy in the last weeks... but honestly, is it supposed to be this absolutely horrible? I just want to cry all day because my body feels so wretched.

Lost plug 2 weeks ago, effaced, and started dilating as of 1.5 weeks ago (havent been checked since). Strong contractions for a few weeks, but nothing these last two-three days.

Ok, I am asking this question because I am going to be induced on Thursday night, I was told that I will deliver sometime Friday morn. I am very scared.. my first 2 babies were early,
1st - 35wks, 2nd - 37 wks. They were also both small. This baby was already over 8.5 lbs. last week. I was told if my baby gets any bigger they cant guarantee a vaginal delivery, I have never had a c-section, and I do not want one. Thats another reason I am scared. Has anyone ever been in a similiar situation as I am, can you tell me your experiences with being induced? My labors usualy go really fast, will being induced change that?
