Very normal =) I lost 15lbs within my first 4 months bacause I was SO sick. The doctor finally put me on a nausia medicine called Zofran and I felt much better. Just make sure you eat really good, and lots of folic acid, cereal has lots of folic acid in it, and make sure to take your pre-natal vitamins, and if they make you sick just did what I did and take them with a snack right before bed. You will gain weight soon enough, and the baby will be fine as long as you are eating =)

Yes, it is very normal to lose weight in the first trimester, usually due to 'Morning Sickness'. I lost fifteen lbs. in the first two months. I am now 6 months along and only gained about 4 lbs. of that back. The Dr. will let you know if they are at all concerned about your weight. I had to start drinking Ensure, to help with weight gain but My appetite is back to normal. You don't have anything to worry about unless your Dr. is worried. Even at that they know what to do. So Congratulations and Good Luck.

It is very normal to lose weight in your first trimester. The baby is growing but its more just developing. Just wait till your second and third trimesters. I am the exact same way, I look like I am 6 mos pregnant, but have only lost weight.

I lost 10 pounds during the first trimester with both pregnancies. I had morning sickness and just didn't gain. My Dr. wasn't too worried about it- and I started gaining once the nausea stopped.

Just eat the best you can, take prenatal vitamins, and ask your Dr. Good luck!

I understand you stressful. I lost a variety of of weight with my 2d newborn. if certainty be told, once I gave start, i replace into 20 pounds lighter than once I first have been given pregnant. My daughter replace into ok, yet I additionally found out for the duration of the being pregnant that i replace into anemic (my iron replace into too low). She might desire to enable her wellbeing practitioner know with regards to the burden help, and have them verify her iron tiers. that's the main important element to tension approximately. she would be in a position to additionally ask the wellbeing practitioner approximately taking some prenatal supplements. That way, notwithstanding if she is dropping weight, the toddler will nonetheless be getting the food that he/she desires.

Not only is it normal, it's expected. Don't worry about it. Your appetite will catch up with your body later and you'll be crying about how you can't button your pants. lol.
