You are 6 weeks pregnant.
The embryo is officially a fetus and has the size of a raisin....
The baby has a blood circulatory system that links with yours, the heart is starting up. The fetal blood group may be different from yours!
The spine of the baby is starting to form, with the very beginnings of the central nervous system.
Blood vessels are forming in what will become the umbilical cord. The cord links your baby's system to yours. At birth, umbilical cord can be two to four feet long.
Tiny little 'buds' project at the four 'corners' of the baby. They are the first signs of arms and legs. The head end of the baby rounds out more, and the tail end is shorter. The shape (and size) is more like a baked bean.
Facial features are visible, including a mouth and tongue. The eyes have a retina and lens.
The digestive system starts forming, beginning with the first cells of the stomach and the intestine.
There are small indentations in the head, ready for the development of facial features, eyes, and ears. The outline of the jaw starts to form.
*You say you are 6 weeks and 4 days which could also mean you are nearly 7 weeks.
You are 7 weeks pregnant.
the baby's heart is beginning to develop, along with the first blood vessels of the circulation system.
You might find you need to wee more often - even at night. This is one of the effects of pregnancy hormones.
Mood swings can be a pain in pregnancy. It could be hormones, or a touch of anxiety at the idea of all the coming responsibility.
You may have been feeling sick, and it may be getting a bit worse. Nausea and vomiting are symptoms of early pregnancy - and though it's a real nuisance, it's usually temporary, and harmless.
The baby's limb buds are growing quickly, and they actually look more like arms and legs, with small separations which will become toes and fingers.
If you want to see the pictures of the baby's development go to the link in source. Or you can go to the site select week by week and enter your last period or due date and they will give you details and pictures about everything. How much days pregnant you are etc.

First off Congratulations!!
6 .4 weeks along.
Age of your fetus - 4Weeks
How Big is your Baby
By this week the crown to rump length of your baby is now between 0.08 to 0.16 inches in length, or about 2-4mm. The crown to rump length is the distance from the top of your baby's head to it's rump or buttocks. This measurement is used as the baby's legs are usually bent.
At this early stage a heart beat can already be detected, with the proper equipment.
How big are you
At this stage of your pregnancy some women loose weight and some gain weight. If you were overweight before your pregnancy then there is a good chance that you may have lost weight. At this stage you are one month pregnant, so although you may notice your clothes starting to get a little tighter, the changes will probably not be noticed by anyone else yet.
How your baby is developing and growing
This week sees the start of what is called the embryonic period. The embryonic period is extremely important in the development of your baby. This is also the period in which your baby may develop any malfunctions.
Around this week the neural groove will close and the chambers of the brain will begin to form.
The eyes will begin to form
Limb Buds may appear
The heart tubes fuse and heart contractions begin .
Congrats once again.

WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOU
Feeling positively ill? Does the smell of coffee make you want to dash for the bathroom? If so, it sounds like morning sickness. Nausea affects one third to one half of all pregnant women and usually abates by the start of the second trimester. It may be caused by a higher level of estrogen, as well as the rapid expansion of the uterus. But wait, there is some good news: Studies show that morning sickness may be related to a slightly lower risk of miscarriage. (Please don't worry if you are feeling perfectly fine. Count your blessings!)
WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOUR BABY
Your baby's length is now about 3 to 5 millimeters -- about the size of a peppercorn! The brain is forming three separate parts: the forebrain (memory and reasoning), the midbrain (translates messages from the brain to organs and limbs) and the hindbrain (regulates breathing and muscle movement). At this point the embryo is now three-dimensional and completely enclosed in the amniotic sac.
Your baby's heart is now beating and blood circulation is evident. The kidneys and liver are growing fast, and the neural tube, which connects the brain with the spinal cord, closes.
The placenta is rapidly developing, however, it will not take over hormone production until about week 12.

EATING FOR TWO
Avoiding morning sickness can be a challenge. Here are some tips that should help:
Before bedtime, eat a protein snack that contains some natural starch or sugars.
When the alarm clock sounds, nibble on crackers before getting out of bed and wait 20 minutes before rising.
For breakfast, limit fats and have fruit or juices at the end of the meal.
Ginger has been found to be effective in treating nausea: Try chewing on natural gingersnaps (made with real ginger), candied ginger, drink some ginger "beer" (nonalcoholic) or tea, or take in capsule form.
You can also take 50 mg of vitamin B6 twice a day, but never exceed 200 mg in one day. Or you may try yogurt, which is a natural way to load up on B6.
In some cases, eating a high-carbohydrate diet seems to help alleviate nausea.
A high-protein diet, which includes soy, milk, cheese and fish, also may help.
Most important, eat frequent small meals and always keep an emergency snack of a banana or crackers in your purse so you aren't caught empty-handed.

How your baby's growing: The cells that will make up all of your baby's body parts and systems are dividing furiously as her body begins to take shape. Right now she's about the size of a small lentil bean (4 to 5 millimeters across). If you could see through your uterine wall, you'd find an overlarge head and dark spots where her eyes and nostrils are beginning to take shape. Shallow pits on the sides of her head mark her developing ears, and her arms and legs appear as protruding buds. Her hands and feet look like paddles, with thick webbing between the developing digits, but her fingers and toes will soon become more distinct. Below the opening that will later be your baby's mouth, there are small folds where her neck and lower jaw will eventually develop. (Inside, her tongue and vocal cords are just beginning to form.)
Your baby's heart (which is starting to divide into the right and left chambers) is beating about 100 to 130 beats per minute — almost twice as fast as yours — and blood is beginning to circulate through her body. Her intestines are developing and tiny breathing passages are beginning to appear where her lungs will be. She's also starting to build muscle fibers and, halfway through this week, she'll likely start moving her tiny limbs. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to wait until you're several weeks into your second trimester before you get to enjoy feeling your baby's calisthenics.

Nothing. It is too little to do anything. It is forming-
**6-Week-Old Embryo
At 6 weeks, the embryo is just over half an inch long. As shown in this photograph, the arms and legs are just beginning to grow, and the head area is extremely large compared to its size after birth. The embryo is shown here in the amniotic sac, which is filled with fluid to protect it.
