Its not like that. A women gets pregnant when the egg released during her menstrual cycle is mated with a sperm cell. As a result of this fusion the zygote is developed, which later develops baby. so a single sperm is capable to fertilise an egg.

It not depend how deep you digging in the hole.
it depend on how much discharge speed of sperm flow you have and the quantity of fluid(sperm)
