Pregnancy - January 2007

I am 8 days late. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests (EPT & First Response). They have all came out negative! I have not had unprotected sex. I was actually pretty sick last week when i was due with the flu. I started getting cramps when it was due also, but never got my period. I think I may just be really stressed out. How likely do you think it is that im preggers? or am i just crazy?

I am having a little dispute with a friend, which has been going on for awhile and could use some male and female input. I have always had perfect experience with condoms, so I guess I'm biased. She told me that she is worried because when her boyfriend ejaculates that he shoots it a long, long way. (I'm truly sorry to be graphic, but it pertains to the question.) She thinks that sometimes, after sex, when the condom and the very base of his penis is wet, that it is actually his "fluids" shooting back up and out of the condom. Both he and I think it is from her. She does admit that the condom is always securely on him and affixed way up high on his p*nis (and never broken), and she can see the "normal" amount of sperm in the tip. Is she being paranoid?? I guess I really can't see semen escaping from a tight elastic rim, especially if her boyfriend pulls out immediately after ejaculation, despite his "condition" .
I'm sorry if this is too gross. Serious answers only , please!

I am 36 weeks and today i was told to go to the hospitol to be checked because my contractions were like 10 minutes apart, well they said i was 3 cm dilated and 60% effaced and that my baby is in the posterior position they told me to lay with m head down and butt up in the air to see if she will turn . Has anyone had a similiar experience??? i wish this would just hurry up!

ok im not on the pill i would have started back in oct but my period came october 16th and i havent had a period since. i had light spotting on dec 16 but that was it. i took 2 home pregnacy tests and went to the dr. on jan 2 and they did blood test and pee test both came back negative but my pap smear came back highly abmormal.. does this mean i could have cancer or could i still be pregnant becasue i have some symtoms or could it be all in my head like im makeing myself think im pregnant i took another home pregnancy test this morning and no lines showed up ... what do you think ? btw im 18 and i have had sex unprotected a few times but im with one partner and were were both virgins when we starting having sex so no worry for stds .. :)

I want to learn how to check my cervix position to chart it while I am trying to conceive. I guess I don'tknow my body well enough. Can you give me some pointers on how to find it? What position is best? What do I look for?

Also, is this a question that I can ask my Dr about and (this sounds sick) can they help me find it during a pelvic exam?

I did my routine of 45 minutes cardio and at the end i started cramping like crazy in the lower abdomen. I don't know if that was Braxton Hicks or what. I'm pretty well trained since i was a fitness trainer,so it wasn't fatigue. What happened to me that i had to stop and sit down for 10 minutes?

It's me again!! Sorry to bother, but you guys are my only hope, your words make me relax a little bit sometimes!!
As some of you already know I had 4 (+)hpt and then when I went to the dr. office the urine test they did was (-) so they ordered me a blood test, which was (+) then they told me I needed another one to see if my levels of Hcg were raising, they called me Friday( 1/12/07) and said thy did double, that everything was ok, and I was up for my orientation appt. but did not happend, they said there was still one quantitative test left to do, that they neded to have 3 to make sure everything is fine, and the 3rd one is done a week after the second one which is TODAY, but I am scared, because as far as I know that means something is not going great, and I am stuck here waiting again for them to call me and give the good or bad news?? If I had a second quantitative test saying that my levels were raising, can the third one said otherwise? even with all this I have only see nurses

I am eating very healthy 16 weeks into my pregnancy, and the baby is doing great, check up with midwife today and all was well. I'm eating fruit and all the right things, well as much as possible. Anyway last Friday I teated myself to a chippy, which wa sout of this world! he he he anyway my husband gets back in about half an hour from working away and said he would pick us up a chippy on the way home as a treat, I probably wont have one again for a month or so, do you think it will do any harm? I am not overweight and blood pressure is fine etc, will this treat do me or baby any harm?

For years i have gotten brownish spotting about 1 week before my period. I didnt think i was pregnant bc i had the same spotting before my period was due. But low and behold im 7 weeks along. Spotting has stopped but im concerned it will return around the same time i would be expecting my period. Would it be normal?

I had my check up today I'm 40 weeks (short of 2 days), 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. She said she stripped my membranes but that she was not as agressive as others. What does that mean?? When I will I likely go into labor??

I have recently started getting those pains on each side and my doctor said that it is normal because its my body stretching and as long as there is no bleeding or anything than its fine. But They really trigger when im standing alot at work and sometimes when im just sitting like as we speak. Does this mean that i will begin to start showing soon?
