You can have sex until your water breaks at the end. After that, there is no protection for the baby from bacteria. Also, if your doc advises you not to based on some complication you may have, do what he says!
If you do have sex near the end, you may spot a teeny bit. Ask you doc, but this will probably be because your cervix is lower and there are more blood vessels there.

You can safely have sex up until your water breaks. Of course unless otherwise instructed by your doctor due to a high risk pregnancy.
Having sex close to your due date could even put you into labor.

you can have sex up until you give birth, but it just depends on if you have complications or something happens and your doctor says you cant anymore. Some doctors also recommend sex to make you go into labor.

All of 'em
Many people say it even helps towards the end.
Really just a matter of how comfortable with it you are and how you are feeling.
If there are other reasons or complications, it is best to consult with a doctor.

The whole time. The only time you should not have sex is if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding or after your water breaks. Also, if your doctor instructs you to abstain from sex, follow his orders.
