Pregnancy - December 2006

Last night I awoke in the middle of the night to bad abdominal cramping. I got out of bed and walked around a bit and checked on the baby with my fetal heart dopplar and the baby is fine. However the pain scared me to death, the same thing happened last week, the pain only lasts about 15-20 minutes, Is it possible to get round ligament pain in the middle of the night?? My doctors office does not seem concerned,,please help.

i am 12 weeks pregnant, at the beginning of my prgnancy i was always sick, that has gone away and so has the soreness of my breasts (well kind of) anyway i was just wondering if it is normal at this stage to really not feel pregnant?? i have a little belly as this is my second, but i guess i dont remeber this stage last time, is this normal???

what does it feel like, and when should u go to the hospital if it does break?? what if your water breaks and u dont feel pain??

I don't understand it, as most people who are regualr readers and posters on this pregnancy board, they will have known my questions regarding a miscarriage on the 5th Nov. I STILL havent had a period and up until fri the 22nd, had a neg on pregnancy test. days prior to that there were faint lines but at the doc's on the 22nd there wasnt anything, he said if it still hasnt arrived by the 3rd, i should come in for another test.. So why the hell havent I goten aperiod yet as this sunday will make it 8 weeks. Im really confused!

i just got home from the e.r. about two hours ago because of a miscarriage...i was bleeding quite a bit and scared. So they put me on an i.v. because i was a little dehydrated. Well about thirty minutes ago after the most intense cramping i've ever experienced i passed a big glob which to me looked like a placenta, umbilical cord and baby...i was twelve weeks along. Accompanied by quite a bit more blood...the cramping has stopped now but i'm still bleeding a lot....is it normal to bleed so much during a miscarriage? I'm filling this pad up as we speak.

I have my "big" scan this Friday and am really looking forward to it! Wot actually happens? What do they look for and what do they tell you?? How acurate are they when they tell you the sex of the baby?

In my 12th week I found out I had a tooth infection I was taking Tylenol with Codeine and Peniccillin will that affect the baby at all. The doctor and the pharmacist said that it was okay but I am a little scared.

Im 26 yrs old and am not medication which means that i can't go on the pill, i always use condoms but have been having period pains for the last 3 weeks but have had no bleeding. Could it have split and Im pregnant or is something else wrong? Can anybody help?

i am a 23 yr old college student i was trying to get pregnant but i have been offered a job and i think i could be. i have been displaying a lot of symptoms like i do when i start my period like facial breakouts, headaches, an odorless discharge, slight cramps, and little jumpy movements in the pit of my stomach, and slight nausea but i just came off my period a week ago and i had attem[ted the day before i started my period and the morning of the day i started. if i am can i do an housekeeping job.

This is my first so not too sure-
I had my bloody show (brown-tinged mucus glob) at about 10pm..
and I have been getting contractions every 15 min. or so. and some very sharp cramps in my lower abdomen as I contract..these also go around to my back and are sharp enough to wake me up when I am sleeping..
My stomach keeps gurgling and I have had to poop like 3 times..
is this labor?????
I know I should call my dr. and I WILL but i dont want it to just be gas or something ridiculous-

My grand daughter's (20 yrs. old) Lab is giving birth right now, she is helping to much from the start, before there were any problems. Only 2 born so far, but she helped from start, breaking bags and moving pups to nurse. Now the mom is growling at pups and pushing them away. The mom is 4 yrs.old, first litter Help!

HELP! My ex GF is 5 mo pregnant, & not ONCE been to a Dr...her excuse is she's waiting for medicaid to kick in, yet she still hasn't returned the forms. We had an ultrasound at a free clinic at 4th week, & that's it. I've offered to take her & pay myself, she refuses. She'll only talk to me thru email, I can't reason w/ her. Told her I was going to drag her to an OB if I have to, she told me she'd take care of it. She seems depressed, I know she's mad at me, but there is more at stake here than our relationship. I love her and want to get back together, she doesn't. Regardless, this baby has to be cared for first. Who can I contact that has the power to MAKE her go? DFS? Police? I don't want to get her in any legal trouble, but I am worried about her and the baby's health. I haven't seen her in weeks, she doesn't want me in the baby's life. She's 32, & it's her 3rd baby. She knows better. She lives w/ her ex, he doesn't seem to care. Am I overreacting? Is this not an unwarranted risk?

what is your personal experience of labour? how did it strat? day or night? was there a build up or was is sudden. Im 41 weeks pregnant and really am anxious having my membraine sweep today. so any labour stories and experince id love to hear from you.

im 41 weeks pregnant now and so fed up. I am dying to meet my baby. I have a membraine sweep today which i hope will do something because i am in so much pain eveytime the baby moves. I dont no how succesful membrane sweeps are? any answers and if i am unable to have one i think i will cry. i feel so depressed now so anyadvice will be valued. apart from ( take this time to rest) im bored of resting and cant take anymore.
