Last night I awoke in the middle of the night to bad abdominal cramping. I got out of bed and walked around a bit and checked on the baby with my fetal heart dopplar and the baby is fine. However the pain scared me to death, the same thing happened last week, the pain only lasts about 15-20 minutes, Is it possible to get round ligament pain in the middle of the night?? My doctors office does not seem concerned,,please help.

u must go to the doctors & suggest. it is very complicated matter

You didnt say how far along in your pregnancy you are... It is possible to get round ligament pain at anytime day or night for the muscles and ligaments are stretching to accomodate the pregnancy. With pregnancy the body goes through all kinds of changes and discomforts. If your doctors dont seem worried you should be fine. But just keep an eye on it and keep a journal of sorts to jot down when it happens how long it happens and what all accompanied the pain and if anything help relieve the pain. Make sure that you are not bleeding or leaking any fluid.
