Nothing at all. If the woman is close to her due date, the "contractions"/orgasm can help to get things started. But you can also take into account that the more orgasms she has the better shape her parts are going to be in to have the baby. They suggest doing kegels to strengthen those muscles for labour and thats exactly what an orgasm does. Plus they relieve stress. So have lots!!!!

Nothing. It does not harm the baby. The uterine contractions from an orgasm can either wake a sleeping baby or rock a restless baby to sleep. It will not induce labor in women near their due dates.

In a normal pregnancy-nothing. If it's a high risk pregnancy it can lead to premature labor (sex itself can) Orgasms do cause the uterus to contract but usually they are safe and most doctors will give the green light to have sex right up until delivery. (Just don't try it if you know your in labor I've heard that's not a good idea. Not that I can think of a woman that would want to lol)

It's not harmful to the baby in any way. However if she is in her third trimester it could trigger contractions/induce labor.
