Pregnancy - December 2006

I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and though I know its far too early to tell whether the baby will be a boy or a girl, I was wondering when others found out the sex of their baby.

This is my second pregnancy and I never felt this with my first. I am 37 and a half weeks pregnant. She is moving around a lot, and I am getting extreme pains/ pressure in my pelvis. It feels like she is trying to push her way out. Could this be the start of labor, or what do you think it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

with baby 1 mine lasted till i was about 34 weeks
with baby 2 it lasted till about week 30
with baby 3 it lasted till about week 32
with baby 4 its already disapearing at week 23

when did yours flaten out / invert?

i'm 16 weeks pregnant and i'm getting these feelings like ovulation pains.. but not as bad.. they come and go for a while.. i notice them but they not painful, they also like someone poking me

there in the same place when oulvate but further down. like my pelvic area..

whar could it possilbe?

I have had 3 c-section after #3 I had to go in 3 weeks later for a DNC. The vacum tool tore my uterus. The doctore said my uterus was falling apart and felt like jelly. Gross right! Antways at first my doctor said NO more babies. I had a ulte sound done after the baby by a different doctor and they said my uterus seems to have helded back together. Well suprisingly I am pregant again and scared. I'm not sure what happened and if uterus will make it through another pregnancy.

Me and My GF Had Sex 9 Days After The Last Day Of Her Period, I Was Wearing A Condom With Spermicide, But It Ripped...Right After I Got Off, I Noticed That The Condom Had Ripped, So We Took A Shirt And Tried To Wipe All That We Could Away, But Part Of The Condom Was Still Missing.....It's Been 3 Weeks, And I Was Just Wondering If There's A Good Chance That's She's Pregnant, Her Breast Have Been Sore, But We Aren't Sure If It's A "Sign" Or If It's Cuz My Neice Was Jumping On Them.................Please, Do You Think She Could Be Pregnant??

The reason I ask though is I am having little sharp pains on my sides. No cramping or bleeding just little sharp twinges of pain and a dull lowerback ache. Could it be ligaments stretching already??? I will see my Dr. on Jan 9th, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has been through this. Happy New Year everyone!!!

I am 35 weeks pregnant, And I know it's nasty but I dont want to call the hospital over every little thing I have 2 other children but I dont remember anything about a mucus plug I was induced with both children. Anyways I just came out of the bathroom and after wiping I just had continuous discharge that looked like snot coming out and it was alot. It is possible I lost me mucus plug and upon losing the mucus plug do you go in to labor shorly after i have never been through this like i said other children were stubborn and I have never experienced the actual labor by it self with out the doctor making it happen.

me an my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex and my period came on NOV.10-14 and he nutted in me on the 18,23,26,DEC.2,8,9. And then i started bleeding on the14-17 and it was very light and my period usually last for 5-6 days but on the16 i stop bleeding all day then on sunday it started again still very light then on the 28 he nutted in me again could i be pregnant?

I wasn't able to breastfeed either of my daughters. I couldn't produce milk. I also had toxemia with my first child and the got pregnant with her sister when she was 2 months old. That being said, It's taking me quite a while to lose all my weight. My question is this; When I go to have another child, and I'm able to breastfeed,don't get pregnant again right away, and don't have a complication where I gain 100 pounds, is there a chance I could lose more weight than I would gain during the pregnancy? I mean, If I gained 25 pounds during my pregnancy, is there a chance I could lose say 40 pounds if I breastfeed? I'm just curious. I'm not pregnant and don't plan on having another child for a couple more years,

I know its probly just the round ligaments streaching and they say to lay on your left side for a bit to ease it but this dont help.
sometimes its just a painful nusence and other times i almost want to cry and i cant move. and they wont go away.
is there anything other than the ligaments that could cause this pain? (no there not contractions)
could the baby be streaching out and causeing it?

i would love to have some wine for the new year... i usually do not drink wine, but i wouldn't dare try to drink anything else.. can i have a glass or two? i really feel left out and am very bored... most likely i won't even have a glass i was just wondering if i should or not... i haven't had any complications with this pregnancy and don't want to have any, but will one or two glasses just for tonight hurt my baby? this is my second child and i never had anything to drink with my first so the question never came to my thoughts... it's new years eve and i want to have a drink...

I had a misscarriage in Sept(23rd) I had a d&c it was a blighted ovum. I got pregnant again on Dec 7th, what are my chances that my baby is okay, I have a ultrasound on the 15th of jan but im scard to go. They did hcg levels the doctor said they were fine and did one more week to check I really don't have a pregnancy symptons just bloating and my aerola is really dark. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I've been having contractions. Not really strong ones, but enough to make me very uncomfortable. I know everyone will tell me to go to the hospital, but I seriously can't afford to run to the hospital every time something happens. I've been diagnosed with an incompetent cervix, and had a cerclage put in at 19 weeks. If they don't stop in an hour or so I will go to the hospital, but I'd really like to take care of this without another huge bill! Anyone know any home remedies for stopping contractions?

Im not sure if I am pregnant yet. I really dont want to be. But here is the story. We were ******* and a little bit of the tip of the condom went off the head of his dick. and he always pulls out of me before he cums because I ran out of my birth control and my car broke down so i could go out to get any more. Anyways I was scared that maybe the condom being a little off it would cause it to rip.so I blew the condom up the most it could go.and there was no hole.thank god. I am still kind of worried cause i just started a nursing career and dont want to be pregnant just yet. But I am very tired lately. But i am also stressing myself. every since i had my daughter, who is now 2, i have had vaginal leakage. my doctor thought it was a yeast infection and prescribed medicine and it didnt work. the liquid is kind of thick but not pastey thick and has no odor. has anyone else had this? sorry to be so graphic but i really need to know
