Pregnancy - November 2006

Hi everyone I am expecting my first baby I am 38 weeks pregnant and very scared of the unknown, just wondered if anyone had some good advice on how to relax during labor and delivery. I never took prenatal classes or anything I just have my mom for support maybe some ideas for what she can do as well would be great. thanks for all your great advice in advance!

I think there could be a possibility of me being pregnant, or something else going wrong.I haven't had any cramps but my upper legs are hurting, like someone stepped on them. And I am having some chest pains, and I am also spotting (only when i wipe,sorry TMI), and that has been going for a while, with no normal period insight. I was trying to wait out until my Dr appt. on Tuesday, but I am thinking of just going to the ER tonight because I am so uncomfortable.

i started my periode on the 1st of this month i have benn trying to get prego for like a month we have tryed every day but i have been showing some sighns like today i slep 16 hrs and still want to sleep head ace and ive been nashis in the mornnings and at night i want to eat all the time and when i pee its relly strong i get up like at least 3 times a night to pee and ive been cranky and i cry alot and have been cramping up but i took a test on the 8th and it said - can i still be prego ?? and its just not showing yet ? do you think i am prego?

Hello, My girlfriend is 3 months pregnant and getting really really bad mood swings, It gets that bad that I have to sleep in a different bedroom - Before she fell pregnant she was fine and all effectionate - I understand its the hormones but do you have any advice on what I should do to make her less snappy and aggressive towards me, I don't want to end up with a 6" knife in my back!! allthough I dont think it will get that bad, (prays!)Thank you,

I am wondering how many other females out there had Horrible morning sickness with their first daughter then had no morning sickness with their second daughter?

I hear a lot about m/s with girls and no m/s with boys. But I am looking specifically for those that had bad m/s with their first daughter and then had no morning sickness with their next daughter. This is to say there are no other children inbetween these two pregnancies.

Does anyone know if the chewable prenatal vitamins (given to me by my dr. office) are better to take with food or on an empty stomach? His assistant gave them to me and I didn't even think to ask them and the labeling says to just take 1 a day.

Hi There, well here's my story i am 18 years old i had my last period on 11th September 2006. I took a pregnancy test on Monday 2nd October which showed up negative.
i then took another one Thursday the 12th 4 days after my period was due and it was positive.
I attended the early pregnancy unit as i was having light period like pains but NO bleeding they carried out an internal vaginal scan they found a sac and a baby but no heart beat. The doctor has asked me to go back in 10 days for another scan..Does anyone have any suggestions on how far gone i am or why they did not find a heart beat for the baby ?? Help would be very much appreciated. Thank you...x

I just found out I am pregnant after a slip up with an ex. Me and this ex never seperated on bad terms and have remained friends we talk all the time and he comes to see at work a lot. He recently came over to my house to visit and the mishap happened he didn't pull out knowing that i am not on any birth control and no protection was used. I asked him in a text message what does he want me to do if i find out i am pregnant his reply was "that is bullshit "(my name)" I told you to get a morning after pill. And yes he did but after going to go get one and learning the side affects and coming to the conclusion that i personally can not do that to an unborn child and live with myself I did not take any. I need to tell him but am scared of his reaction what should i do?
