The exact date isn't determined. The amount of weeks a woman is is determined by the date of her last period. Date of conception can be guessed at, but never for certain.

by the first day of your last period and then count 7 days plus 9 mo. for example if your period started on the 7 of Oct. you 7 plus 7 that 14 Oct plus 9 months Due will be July 14
