It's okay. you may go through a spurt where you are starving and can eat anything and you may go through a spurt where nothing sounds good and you may even thropw up what you do eat! Just make sure that the food you are eating is healthy and nutritious and that you take your prenatal vitamins everyday!
And just don't worry! You will be just fine.
Good luck to you and congrats on the pregnancy!

Me too. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my appetite just isn't the same. You're probably on the same page, you don't have morning sickness so you're able to keep your food in and you don't have any cravings. I find myself eating so that I provide the baby with enough vitamins, calcium and nutrients, but I force myself to eat though I'm not hungry. My doctor said that it's normal and that as long as I'm taking my prenatal vitamin and eating right, I shouldn't worry about it. You should expect your appetite to change when you're 8 to 10 weeks. Good luck and Congratulations!

Your appetite probably wont change until your third or fourth month. As long as you eat a healthy 3meals a day I wouldn't worry. If you lose an abnormal amount of weight I would go chat with the doctor. It is possible to lose a few pounds in the first trimester, however.

you won't get more hungry until about the middle of the 2nd trimester when the baby really starts to grow.
