Yes, it is called lithopedion.

Addendum:
How VERY strange that someone would give a "thumbs down" to this very valid question. Whats up with that?

Depending on the Mom's circumstances, this is not only possible, but also highly probable. Could it be the mom was unmarried? Ashamed? Afraid? What if the mother was raped by her brother, father, uncle, or someone else she knew in her family? I wouldn't want to tell anyone either.
Think about this one. My dad raped me when I was 12. I did not get pregnant, but I didn't tell my mother until 18 yrs later, 10 yrs after he had died. why? I was afraid. I was afraid she would blame me. Guess what. I was right.

as weird as it is yes this can happen. there was a show in discovery health about it. the difference is that this babe was fertilized outside of the womb. because of this the babe could not be born naturally and thus never born. some 19 years later it takes an operation to deliver her baby of stone. her body had put a stone like substance to protect itself from a foreign body.

Yes it is possible. The fetus turns to "stone" inside the female body. Watch Discovery and TLC. They have shows about this all the time!

Yes, it's possible. She hid it cause it's just to painful to have to deal with it. But in later years this can be really hard to go through when it finally hits her.

I never heard of such a thing. A baby grows to a certain size and has to come out. I feel like it's impossible to carry it for 18 yrs.!!!!
