my sister got pregnant when she was 16 and lost custady of her baby. and i'm scared to tell my mom. she is a very scary person.

You just have to be brave and do it. I don't know the whole story on your sister, but you don't have to give up your baby. If you take care of you and your baby while your pregnant, and keep taking care of both you and your child, then no one can take your baby. Good luck!

you said tell my mom, where is your dad? Stop and think about why you think your mom is scary? Sounds like she has been through a lot with you and your sister. Most parents only want the best for their children and I am sure your mom also wants the best for you and your sister. Just tell your mother and let the pieces fall where they may. You didn't mention how old you are but more than likely you are not prepared for what you have got your self into. Your life will be changed forever, you will love your baby more than you will ever know but things won't be easy. I hope that the guy that got you pregnant was after more than just a lay and is willing to except the responsibility of what you two have gotten your selfs into. You can't change what is but you can start to now and start living the way you should if for not other reason than for the child you are going to have. Don't even think about abortion, it is not an option, if you don't want to keep the baby their are a lot of great people that would love to adopt it and give it a great life, but don't kill it. I know other woman that have had abortions and years later it still haunts them and they have never forgiven themselves.

It sounds like you have more of a problem then just being pregnant . It would be in your best interest to go to a health care facility and or social service and get a worker to help you do this telling . You would be surprise how the scary person you call Mom can come through for you . This is a hard road to travel . But I'm sure it will all work out for the good . Tell your Mom . Your going to have to sooner or later . Just do it .

perhaps you should check with a home or service for unwed mothers. also, it depends on why you are scared of your mom. only you know. if it is because she will be livid, then that may be a normal mom reaction. but if their are other more serious reasons that you are scared of her, then seek other resources. there are alot of resources available for young women. perhaps you should not be alone if you decide to tell her. this is a hard one, but don't get too stressed for your sake as well as the baby, he/she will feel what you feel. i will pray for you to make a wise decision.

Just sit down and tell her. tell her that you want or need her help dealing with the pregnancy maybe she won't be so scary or you could have a friend there for support.

You could just sit her down tell her privatley or you could tell her you need to go to the doctor you dont feel well and sit down with the doctor and your mom and tell her. What can she do she cant beat you....you have a baby inside of you.

the only way that your sister could have lost custody of her baby would be if she did something to show that she was not fit to take care of the child. just tell your mom. she cannot take your baby away unless you show that you cannot care for the child yourself.

she may be angry at first but what can she do its not her child you are having, if you are that scared of her leave a voicemail or a letter or just tell your sister im sure shell be happy to blab it to your mom or give me her email and ill tell her for you good luck and God Bless

i know how u feel, i told my mom when i was 13 and it was the hardest thing i ever did. just blurt it out when you are both alone and dont look directly at her, look towardds the ground and she wont get mad if she sees your scared about it!
