Pregnancy - October 2006

Ok I've missed my period by 6 days and I took 3 test, all ept. 2 of them were positive and the last was negative, I know there is no way I could be pregnant but, there are always flukes I guess. I'm just freaking out at this point and have scheduled an appointment with my doctor for today. Any info on this would be appreciated

My baby is due on Jan 2nd and I am scheduled for a C-section for Dec the 28th. What can I say to my Dr. to let me have the baby on Dec 21st.
My friend had hers all 2 weeks early by C-section. I just want to have the baby and be home for Christmas.

Do I have the right to tell my doctor I want to be induced? I am seeing him tomorrow and I will be 38 weeks on Friday. I broke my back ina car accident back in '99. I have been having a hard time with the pregnancy, and want nothing more than to NOT be pregnant anymore. Any advice would be helpful Thanks

This is my second baby. I'm only 4 weeks along, but just like with my daughter, I am SO tired. I just want to sleep. My daughter is 8.5 months old and is full of energy. She only takes 1/2 hour naps. By the time I get her down and lay down myself, I don't have time to actually fall asleep. We don't have any family near by to watch her for a bit and I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant... My Nurse Midwife told me that I had a "high BP" this appt. However, the other nurse told me it was ok. I went to our local walmart right after and it was 126/80. She also told me that I had a small amt of excess protein in my urine. I know she told me that I was too early to even think of preclampsia... but any thoughts out there. How can I lower my BP? I know she also said that she may need to put me on a bp pill--- but I would rather do it natural as I have read that it can harm the baby. Please help! Thanks so MUCH!!

ok today i went to see the Dr who is gonna deliver my baby and he is the one that told me that i am 2cm (when i was at the hospital thursday)so anyways i went to see him and i thought that seens i was 2cm he was suppose to see if i had dilated more seens. and i told him about the little brown dicharge that i had 2. should he have seen if i was dilated more?

Okay so I was supposed to have my period on Sunday and it never came. I'm very consistent, I never skip. Well I still haven't started, but my boobs really hurt even if I don't touch them and I had cramps like I was going to start. My question is should I get a pregnancy test today and find out or should i wait? I never skip or am never late.

I am scared of something bad happening. This pregnancy took a long time to acheive. I am alright with not haveing sex for a while but I just wanted to hear from other people what you did. Also, I am having a hard time thinking I am still pregnant, I always feel like the pregnancy tests were wrong for some reason. LoL I know kinda weird, I do have a lot of symptoms, not morning sickness yet, thank goodness. Thanks for you answers!

I am feeling sick all day long and i'm constantly hungry. I have to eat all day long otherwise i will physically be sick. Even when i do eat i feel fine for 5mins and then it's back to feeling hungry and sick again. I've tried ginger biscuits but they don't seem to be making a difference. I am also very shattered and i'm really at a loss here, any help would be very appreciated. My first pregnancy 4yrs ago ran very smoothly and i had hardly any sickness at all, this time though it's all so different!!
