It's not so much the Hormones as the actual Creation that is going on in your body. just before birth the baby weighs in at about 7-8lbs. amniotic fluid is about 1.5lbs. your enlarged uterus is about 1lb.. and your enlarged breasts could be anywhere from .5 to 2lbs (total no not each) and What am i forgetting or the placenta that bad boy is 2lbs too. so all in all the baby stuff and everything that comes with it is about 15 lbs and then you add on excess water weight and everyone telling you go ahead and eat that you're eating for two and you have ballooned... By the way you are not eating for 2 you are eating for one and the baby takes what it needs so don't go for that. eat by the Pyramid. and by the way if you make it a habit to eat by the pyramid anyway you will have a much healthier diet and lose weight if you weren't before. and when the baby is born teach the child good eating habits and it will be a godsend for you and the child in the long run. Children that have eating issues grow up to be adults with eating issues.

The growing baby and your body changing in preparation of sustaining the infant inside you for 9 months is what causes you to gain weight. Most women do use pregnancy as an excuse to over eat and indulge which packs on more weight. Average healthy weight gain is about 20-25 pounds.

You do hold water during some points of your pregnancy. But generally the weight gain is from over eating. Most women need to gain atleast 25 pounds during pregnancy. This weight is from the fluids, the blood, the placenta, the breasts and the baby.

fatty food makes u fat. but u also pick up weight bcos of the extra blood and water in ur body. there are normal ranges for wieght gain depending on ur prepregnancy size - speak to ur doc about it.

try to eat healthily. ur not really eating for 2. altho if ur have morning sickness in the first 3 months, having any food that stays down is probably better than having none.

its what u eat that makes u fat--not the baby or the hormones in fact the baby only at full term weighs between 6-10 pounds so alot of women exagerate in their eating habits. Im almost 6 months and i have only gained 2 pounds-----and according to my dr. my baby is healthy and very active. so just watch what u eat and u should be fine!

most women should gain 15-25 pounds when pregnant. you don't literally eat for two because the baby is soo small. it is the foods you eat that make you gain unnecessary weight. the weight that is gained is baby, placenta, fluids, etc. after birth, you will be a little bigger because your uterus is stretched out. just eat healthy and don't stress. enjoy being a parent.

What did your surgeon think of approximately your weight benefit? He could have the appropriate information of you and your toddler's well being. in the experience that your considerable concern is ingredient administration, there are some issues you're able to do. One is to premeasure as much as a threat. rather of guessing what a million/4 c of peas feels like once you place it on your plate, use a measuring cup to degree it out. Use reusable containers to premeasure food, this way while you're hungry you are able to in simple terms grab and characteristic a single serving length quite than being tempted to consume greater suitable. you apart from mght do not point out your interest point. i think of that this has helped me in my being pregnant. you are able to play with the toddlers outdoors, choose for walks, possibly attempt to perform a little yoga. stable luck!

it's a combination of things eating more the hormones the baby and your metabolism slows down. Slower metabolism allows your body to absorb more from what you eat to get vitamins to the baby. It also causes constipation.
