Anyone have any advice on how to speed things up? I am 2 days past my due date, 70% effaced and only dialated 1 cm. I am worried she may never come out. I want to try natural things before they give me whatever drug it is to induce labor.

Please help I really don't want to be pregnant anymore!!!

My g'friend of only 6 months became pregnant nearly 10 months ago. We're due in 2 weeks! The "Oh, ****" period of time lasted a few months. In that time, I searched for books to help me cope and give me advice. However, all I found were books about 'unexpected pregnancies' between couples that had been together for years, were planning on getting married or were already married. Nothing for single couples that had just met each other. Any advice on what's out there and do you think there's a need for such a book? I'm thinking of writing one w/ the title "Oh, ****! We're having a baby! :O"

I have taken several pregancies test all negative and the doctor's says home ones are accurate and that's that. I have got very sore boobs and had cramping for the last three weeks. Im sure Im pregant or something is not right. My doctor say a blood test is not necessary. I have not been examined I have no period either. I know someone who the same thing happened to and it was only when she insisted on a scan that they discovered she was 5 months pregnants. So errors can happen but if it's not pregnancy could it be ectopic as my Aunt nearly died with that? Doctors are so useless, this was the first time i have been to the doctor in 10 years I had to wait 40 minutes for that crap?

I'm 19.I'm pregnant in 9-th month.I live with my younger sister,age 14(our mother lives and works in Europe and sends us money and we don't know our fathers).2 weeks ago,my sister told me she had had sex with some boy(he was about 20-21) who she doesn't know at all,but she had just been looking 'for the feeling',as she told me.They didn't use condoms.I talked with her about sex a lot and I think she got the idea.Anyway,yesterday she did a pregnancy test and it was affermative.For sure check she did another one which was affermative.Our mother comes home once a year for a week or two.She came last month and the next time will be the next year in June.I think my sister could be pregnant,deliver the baby,then we'll give it for adoption and our mother won't argue with my sister.Tell me is this ok?

I told my husband that I was going off of the birth control patch because of all the bad press-he said ok. I told him I also wanted another baby. He said ok. I told him the exact day that I ovulated and warned him a week before hand that I could get pregnant because I ovulate on such and such a date. He said ok and still went ahead and had sex with me. Now I'm pregnant and he says I tricked him. Do you agree with him? I gave him PLENTY of warning just in case he changed his mind about baby # 2. Did I trick him or not?

I've noticed that when I stand for a certain amount of time I start feeling weird inside. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I always feel air around my ribs and my sides and the air would just move in certain places. My mom said it could be the baby finding a comfortable spot. But i'm only 13 weeks and i'm not even that big yet. I used to weigh 120 and gained 3 lbs. So I was wondering if it could be my baby? I'm kind of scared that it's probably not my baby. Anyway, if it wasn't.. Is this bad for my baby?

Ok i don't know if i am pregnant but i think that i might be and if i am i am over a month into it..

But i was wondering if any of the women in here that have sex regularly experience "pressure" in the lower part of the stomach... Cause i have been having this "pressure" almost every time my fiance and i have sex for the past couple of weeks, could this be a sign of pregnancy...???

This is my first pregnancy and I am 19 yrs. old. I went to Raging Waters yesterday and felt that it was wrong for me to go under water. I wanted to go swimming really bad but I couldn't. So what I did was, I went to 2 - 3 ft. and sunk half of my body down for awhile. Is this bad for my baby? I hope I didn't harm him/her in any way. I'm really worried.

I haven't been to a doctor yet, but last week I took a prego test which was positive. I used an online EDD calculator (estimated due date) in which you insert your last period date blah blah blah. It came out to be March 22nd. Well, last month My period came about a week earlier than regular...i have heard that an irregular period before the month you miss your period could mean that your last period was implantation bleeding or just an extra period...does that make sense? So i am wondering if i could possibly be 2 months instead of 1. HELP! thanks

I will be 38 weeks pregnant Wednesday and have been having a lot of cramps this past couple days. Is this normal or a sign of anything to come in a second pregnancy?

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. At my doctor appointment last Tuesday I was 2cm dilated and -1 station.
