you should just come out and say I'm pregnant
the sooner the better but it really depends on how your boss would react to the issue
you should tell him so that everything would be in order for when you take your maternity leave
plus after you tell him about the pregnancy you should ask him how much will i get paid when im on leave
and how long will you allow me to be home
good luck with your endeavors
i hope you get a healthy baby who you'll love no matter what's going on in your life

on the end of the day, it is your determination and each and every person can do is provide their opinion and adventure in this challenge. in my view, i does no longer abort as i do not see Down's syndrome as a severe sufficient incapacity to justify it. In yet another 2 weeks, your toddler is potential and stands a sturdy probability of survival outdoors of the womb. numerous toddlers have survived in neonatal huge care gadgets from 22 weeks gestation onwards. even as there are some health subject matters often times linked with the syndrome, numerous Downs toddlers stay fairly chuffed lives. i have established numerous in my existence and that i can really say that they were plenty happier than numerous the unaffected toddlers i comprehend. also they're very loving. My mum knows a Downs woman in her overdue 1920s who's honestly an actress and has her own residence. i'd recommend you verify with a counsellor earlier doing some thing drastic as they're independent and may want to provide some fairly sturdy suggestion. as well to this, you may want to go and word your health care professional and discover out what worrying for a baby with Downs honestly is composed of. on the end of the day, this continues to be your toddler. Abortion isn't some thing to be taken gently and may want to reason you everlasting psychological harm. in case you ensure to proceed jointly with your being pregnant, no matter if it isn't easy or no longer, you'll comply with having a baby who desires a touch more effective care. i'm hoping you're taking care of to succeed in a decision that you're pleased with and want you each and every of the perfect for the destiny.

Well it is bad to work while your pregnant especially on heels but to much stress can break you down and stress you out. So when ever you are ready to tell him/her then you tell him/her but if you don't think it is the right time then you do what you got to do. But you cant keep it a secret for long you know. You will start to show.Or better yet maybe just maybe don't tell him/her let them find out on there own.

Now is good! Just tell him your pregnant with confidence, if you get fired you have a great lawsuit on your hands and you can make lots of money. They are going to find out eventually so you should go ahead and get it over with... it will make you feel alot better!

You just come out and tell your boss. You decide when to tell your boss and do it soon so they can find a replacement while you are gone having your baby.

ok tell your boss as soon as you look into company policy on false firing. i got fired when i told them I was pregnant and didnt worry about it. apparently its illegal to fire someone for pregnancy alone. so unless you are not doing your job or missing a lot of work then talk to someone about your job rights. i cant believe noone said that

31/2 months just to make sure everything is ok with you and the baby...
