Does it upset you when people judge single parents calling them imiture? Personaly i am a single mother because up untill i had my son my ex was a kind sweet guy we had been together for a year when i got pregnant. He had started cheating on me i delt with it so my son would have a dad then when i got fed up with it and tried to talk to him about it he got Extremly violent so i packed my stuff and left. Is it not responsible to leave someone who is a horible role model and a unsafe person for your child to be around? i thought i was doing the right thing? So what my son carries my last name me and his father agreed to that because my brother and his wife are unable to have kids and i wanted to pass down my familey name. I may have had my son rather young
(he was born 5 days affter 20th b-day) but i still do my hardest to insure that he has a happy and healthy life. heck his turning 2 and still has NEVER had a ear infection! anyways...does any one else hate judgemental people?

I have two children, 1 is 20 month's and the other is 7 month's. My son, the latter, was unexpected so they are super close in age. I will lose my Tennessee Medicaid in May and want to have birth control for as long as I can. I was wondering if anyone knew if TennCare covered Mirena, because that, as far as I know, is my best option. Thanks.

My mother-in-law is suppose to be planning a baby shower for my husband and I, together with my mother. The shower is not a surprise and I made the invitations and M&M party favor boxes. She is insisting on doing the decorations by herself with no say from any of us, including my mom. We recommended some ducky decorations that my husband and I had picked out at the party store and she said that her and her sister had already taken care of it. I feel that she should have discussed this with my mother since they are co-hosting the shower and my husband and I. My parents even bought her dinner and brought a list of what they wanted to bring to the shower for food so they could coordinate ideas and she still would not share any details about the decorations! I let her know from the start that I enjoy party planning and that I wanted a say in what is being done for my baby, since it is going to be our first and only. Any advice?

I'm a 22 y/o female. I had unprotected sex with my bf on the 2nd of March... and then on the 4th... I was supposed to start my period on the 13th and I haven't gotten it still. Today is the 20th and still nothing. I'm going through the normal routine of having abdominal cramps, but no blood. I've only had 1 other time where I was late and it was because of stress. I did 2 pregnancy tests... 1 last night and 1 this morning (first pee when I got up) and they both came up negative. Is it too early to detect whether I'd be pregnant or not? I'm not even sure when my ovulating time is or when I'm fertile. I'm scared out of my mind and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

We use Kushies AIO cloth diapers. I soak them in cold water and vinegar in the diaper pail. I then wash them with very hot water and more vinegar in the washing machine. Then I hang them out to dry. Still, they smell aweful! Is there anything else that is safe to wash them in? I dont want them to loose absorbency, or deteriorate due to harsh chemicals, but I do want them clean!

how do your approach your husband when you find a rubber, unsed in pack underneath the back floor board, i just happened to be looking. he is the only one that drives this vehicle and is pretty much free to do leisure things doing the day he has really no set work hours. he has cheated on me before for almost a year. never was concerned with rubbers then, didn't even use. what does this mean to you or what conclusion would you come up. you know he's not going to admit he knows anything about it.

I have witnessed first hand in hospitals and special schools the number of disabled children born ino families where the parents are related. There quality of life is greatly reduced and these kids are often poorly treated at home.

I'm the mother of 3 energetic sons who enjoy testing me and my husband. Their ages are 8, 4, and 19 months. The oldest one loves to start all the trouble, the middle one is the one who whines the most and comes crying after his big bro picks on him, and the baby is impossible to get to sleep. I love my little men to death lol but the bad thing is that my husband and I RARELY get any alone time if ya know what I mean. We're so beat by the end of the day, and even if... one of the kids is lible to come in to the room, as they frequently do in the middle of the night.
Any advice to help me out? :)
