no you do not my son just took his g/f'd best friend to see if she was pregnant and my son is 16 his g/f is 15 and the friend is 15

Nope, I went when I was 17 and I got free birth control. First they gave me an exam but it only took five min. at the most, then you get a brown bag w/ a of couple months worth of birth control pills and like 20 condoms in it. The people who work there are nice too and when you are finished you can give a donation if you want, but if you don't have money you don't have too.

I'm almost certain you do not have to take someone over 18. You can always call and ask them; they won't ask for any info from you.
