If I continue to express a little each day, will my breasts still really shrink down after I stop breastfeeding my 23 month old? I really want to stop, she doesn't but I don't want to shrink down to nothing.

First I love that your still breastfeeding. I did with my 2nd son and he is 19 and hardly gets sick till this day. (Till he was 3 had to he was losing when weaning)
My other two sons get ear infection and colds much easier. There 16 and 21.
My 2nd son did not miss school for 3 years straight. I think that was enough proof for me how well kids do on breast milk.

As for your breast you will lose mass. But you do not have to lose all of it. Before you stop do exercises to keep them tone. It is a new stimuli and it will help keep them more full looking.

Some women get bigger breasts after all is said an done, but I think the majority of us shrink down to nothin'. Either way, I'm sorry to say they are never the same! Just like our butts - they may be the same "size" but never the same shape :-( You could always get the miracle bra!!

YES! they will go back to the normal size!
You are lactating so you will be engorged until you stop feeding.
@ 23 months that is a little long to breastfeed,I might add!
