how do your approach your husband when you find a rubber,unsed in pack underneath the back floor board, i just happened to be looking. he is the only one that drives this vehicle and is pretty much free to do leisure things doing the day he has really no set work hours. he has cheated on me before for almost a year. never was concerned with rubbers then, didn't even use. what does this mean to you or what conclusion would you come up. you know he's not going to admit he knows anything about it.

It means you should have left him the first time he cheated on you. If he can get away with it once, he will continue to do it until you leave him or he leaves you. Some people are just cheaters, plain and simple. If you know he won't admit to it, don't even waste your breath trying. Get out before he hurts you again.

Is there any way one of your kids could have used the car (even if they dont drive, if they are teenagers)? If not then I wouldnt even confront him. I would say that you took the car out and found something interesting. Then I would drop the condom in front of him and say nothing. Then I would hand him luggage of all of his clothes and tell him to get out OR have your stuff packed and leave. If he has already cheated then this is a clear sign he did it again. Dont bother listening to his excuses and lies. Because whatever he says now will be a lie. Condoms dont just magically appear.
He may have used a condom now cause either he doesnt want to get caught now (didnt want to get someone pregnant or pick up an STD from a hooker) or his new GF insisted he uses condoms (or hooker he is having sex with)

My first question would be why are you still with this man if hes cheated on your already? I can understand if you maybe kids together, then it can be more difficult and heart wrenching. But if its just you two, i would have left his butt when he did it the first time. Once a cheater always a cheater, its like a sickness to some people. Im not saying its easy to leave someone you love, but you deserve better then that. Do for yourself.

If no one ever uses the car but him and you don't have teenage children then guess who owns the rubber.
How is your relationship, by the sounds of it the trust was broken by him and he will always be guilty under these circumstances.
I must say he is a louse, looser cheater and he is out there cheating still, cant see it any other way.

My husband was a cheater, I would throw them at him and tell him you found them in his car and tell him to get the fu*k out. once a cheater always a cheater.
