I found small, basic fish sticks in the organic section of the supermarket. They don't have a lot of the additives like regular fish sticks. Should I be concerned about feeding him fish?

When is it a good time to wean babies off of formula, the mother of my baby wants to completely stop it at 10 months and put him on whole milk, I disagree with her because he still doesn't eat enough table food in my opinion to get all the nutritions he needs. So when is it a good time to start weening him.

I have a friend whose daughter was not breathing when she was born (on Spetember 6th, 2006). The hospital that we live by is a smaller one and the baby had to be transfered to a bigger city ASAP. The next day, she started to have seizures and a following EKG test showed that she had no cerebral brain waves. They said more than likely, she'll have CP. Is this true (that she will have CP)? And what will happen to her? Can anyone give some advice on how to deal with this? This is their first baby and they don't know what to do. Will the baby even live long? Thanks!

A co-worker of mine just moved to the US from India and can't find Lactogen 3 baby formula here. Her baby is getting sick from the formula here I guess because it is a different formulation. Any help would be appreciated.

I am a first time mom with a 3 month old son. Right now he is sleeping in our bedroom in a bassinet. I want to start putting him in his crib but how do I get over the seperation problem. And I dont mean him, I mean ME! I just can't stand the thought of him not being in our room anymore. Any good ideas on how I can cope with this?

My girlfriend and I recently found out that we are going to have a baby. We have decided on Alexander for a boy and Emily for a girl. Can I get some suggestions on middle names, and/or first names (using these two as middles)? Also, Are there any websites that will help match up names if I give them one name? Thanks.

Everytime I put my son down for a nap, if he has a bowel movement he reaches into the back of his diaper and smears feces all over himself.
I don't know what to do! Do other children do this?

I am 18 years old (Almost 32 weeks pregnant) with my first child. I am expecting a baby girl on Nov, 04. I just wanted to know if there is any teen moms who can give me some advice about newborns and what to expect. I have been reading A LOT of books and trying to get as much information as possibe but i think it would also help to speak to some experienced mothers. I am a little nervous about being a mom and i feel like it would help to talk to other people about it...If anyone has yahoo messenger please im me so we can talk =) I would really appreciate it.
