it is okay to freeze raw fruit puree or raw vegetable puree or all must be cooked/steamed first before you freeze it?
my baby is 10 month old

I can't imagine you not being able to puree the fruit then freezing it. Fruit doesn't have to be cooked. Vegtables either. I would just clean them good, and carry on with my blender! I have 3 kids, and have done that as well, there healthy as horses now! Ages 7,4,and 2.

There's nothing wrong with freezing it raw...just make sure that everything gets washed very well before you start!

You don't have to cook it first. They sell other frozen fruit at grocery stores that are not cooked first.

I would cook it first, to be on the safe side!
